Window minimized Disappering

In older versions of PS I will work with all windows to floating images on PC. I would minimize a document window, and a smaller version of it seems near the lower left corner of the screen. I can double click on this reduced image and it would be for my window.

In the current version of the PS when you work in floating windows when I reduce a document window, it simply disappears. I have to shuffle through lists of MS Windows 7 taskbar, find my document by name to be able to get my document window in photoshop.


Is it possible to get some old features of return?

I would control my windows reduced to go individually and be able to manipulate them as a Visual object, not to have to use my list of taskbar of the operating system.

I can view my reduced images by clicking on the Ps icon in the taskbar to display a Visual list of jump. I am running Windows 7 with Ps CC 2014.

In the example below, I reduced to a minimum of 12 windows image leaving a framework for application Ps 'empty '. Pressing the Windows key to bring up the taskbar I click on the Ps icon to reveal minimized windows.

    I have custom palettes for Illustrator who have the ability to get out of the way, similar to native pallets.  Under Windows, my reduced = true; work order and shrinks palette in a small bar, that I love.  However, same command on Mac does not have the case.

    AHA this is something a little better.

    Also, I suppose there is no reason to pass an object if it can be kept outside the functions of palette. Don't know why, I even thought that it was the way to go?

  • Windows minimizing on its own in the case of videos and games in full screen. How can I fix it?

    Hi this problem began about five days there, whenever I play a game or watch a movie on wmp or online in windows mode full screen will minimize the progam at random to the Office on its own without telling me the things too, it never used it happen would be to stay in full screen until I left or reduced to a minimum he me (as you can imagine it can get a) bit annoying during a movie or in the middle of a game). It is not that good with computers so really don't know too much to start. I have not installed anything new or changed settings, the only thing I think that is changed is windows updates may be installed something again. Any help most appericated.

  • RDP bi-ecrans window minimized and will not restore

    I have clients that newspaper in our application using RDP using two monitors. They can drag 1 window of the application for the second monitor, and everything's fine. However, when they minimize the window on the primary monitor it does not restore. It displays on the taskbar but do not open or restore. They then close this window and reopen it works again.
    Client computer is Win XP
    Remote server is Windows Server 2008 R2
    Java and Silverlight application. (The Silverlight window is one that has precisely the problem.)
    Remote Desktop connection is version 6

  • Application window "minimized" and moves to the main screen when the screen saver is activated

    I'm under that WinVista Home Premium on an Intel based HP Pavilion.  I just upgraded (reluctantly) to IE 9 for IE 8 and as always seems inevitable, I'm having some problems with it.  Since that and I do not see how this is related to Internet Explorer, but when my screensaver active it causes open windows, Internet Explorer, MS Office and even my browser window Google Chrome to limit the size of the window.  I'm also using two monitors, and since the upgrade now open windows are moved my secondary monitor to the primary.  Before the upgrade to Internet Explorer, minimiseraient only windows MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), no other applications, but they did not move to my main monitor.  They remained where I had them.  It's really annoying me and I can't locate any information on it.  The 'help' integrated within the Office is as useless as always.  I get closer really all that stuff from Microsoft of bagging and goes 100% with Google apps for eliminating my headaches.  It's my last ditch in order to get help from Microsoft.  I can not just take the frustration more.  I hope that someone out there cares enough and could have a resolution for me.  It would really make my week.

    When I have more that a window on the screen, if my mouse cursor touches a window this window covers the other window.  When I previously had Windows XP, you will need to click with the mouse to make it happen.  How can I make Windows 7 Home premium do like windows XP?

  • How to change the default value for the Windows Explorer window resizing

    I recently reinstalled XP and now when I open Windows Explorer, the window opens it up to a size of about 1/8 of the size of the screen.  I keep the resizing to how I like it, but every time that I re - open, he is reduced to the size of 1/8th.  How can I make my default size size that Windows Explorer opens up to.

    I have already tried:

    Open a window and make it the size you want

    Open a 2nd window and are the same size.

  • Windows Vista black after login screen and Explorer has stopped working error

    I have a very big problem. Whenever I connect to my computer that is running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition all I get is a black screen and a mouse pointer. I can use Ctrl + Alt + Del or Alt + Ctr + Shift lift the the Task Manager, and from there I can run firefox. Once in Firefox I can use the option open the file to find programs, do a right-click and then run them. But I want my back office. When I try to run Explorer from the Task Manager and then I get an error message saying it stopped and must be closed. I also keep getting an error message for something like 'Windows Search Protocol Host' or somesuch. A large part of time that this will just about a five-minute cycle in a style of window minimized down thing then the error message poopping upwards. I am also quite unable to open Control Panel or MSCONFIG. Whenever I try that they freeze and I get an error message saying that they have a problem and need to close. Also I did not change my software recently. In fact it worked fine yesterday when I was with Photoshop Elements 7.0. Another thing that can help anyone trying to find an answer that is in most of the forums help I saw people talking about going into regedit (something I CAN open it) and put the shell on explorer.exe. Mine is already set to explorer.exe. It is also something else that many videos help and forums have said I should close explorer.exe in Task Manager process tab, then run it again. I don't have an explorer.exe in the processes tab and when I try to run it I just get "WIndows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."

    Please help people, I'm going nuts without a desk job.

    Glad that you've found the malware but it would be very wise to check further as there is no program can
    detect and remove any malware, and often some that is easy to find is bundled with others which are very difficult
    and later you really be touched when it is active. Better to be safe now than sorry later.

    In windows vista when you minimize a window, it just goes straight down to the bar downstairs. My question is that you can change the appearance of the effect of minimizing a window? To be more precise. For example, the Trust me last night I saw when a window has been reduced it seems to be suddenly lunged off the screen on the side in a dragging effect. Is it possible to change the way windows are reduced to a minimum with different effects? I've seen several versions of how an active window can be mitigated with effects. It should be possible in vista, but I can't find all the answers to this in any of the help sections. Any input from anyone who did this would be appreciated muchly. Thank you. R.

  • Simulator window is reduced in the taskbar, but I can't restore/maximize

    I'm new to the Blackberry development and that you ran right into my first problem. Until today everything worked very well, I created a really basic web application and it load/shows correctly in the Simulator. This morning, I tried to refer to an external dll file in my code by right-clicking the project and selecting Add reference... it seemed to work ok but after trying to display in the browser display the Simulator is more properly, it appears like a window minimized in the taskbar that are not maxmised/restored.

    I tired to remove the link to the external file, I tried to uninstall the webworks & SDK, download and re - install the latest Visual Studio plug-in [vs_plugin_11.exe], but this did not help. I don't really know what to do now.

    Everyone knows about this problem? I would be grateful for any advice.

    I don't know exactly what happpend in your scenario, but I had something similar happen to me.

    By chance have you changed your screen resolution?  What happened to me, it was that the Simulator was actually being run, it was just off-screen.

    The way I fixed it was a click right on the entrance of Simulator in the taskbar and choose "move".  Then I used my arrows on my keyboard to bring the Simulator to the display.
