Windows 10 upgrade failed

Hello.

In my list of updates Windows victory 10 update has failed. I discovered that it was due to a missing win 7. It was unreg because I just do a fresh reinstall. But I got the error in the list is always there. I tried to reset Windows update according to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058 with no luck. He came back with the info that there was a problem of nonfixable. I also tried to download the win 10, but the product code for my win 7 ultimate does not work.

How to reset the patch to upgrade Windows 10 failure of Windows upgrade?

is it possible to exchange the product key 7 victory with a victory of 10?

I tried an upgrade to windows 7 Home premium to vist ahome premium, I ran the Upgrade Advisor, downloaded the upgrade files and follow-up of all prompts. In the final stages of installation the installation failed, and then the software tried to reinstall vista and the system crashed. I am now taken in-between and can only access a screen like below:

    Thank you

Boot from the Windows 7 DVD
    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 7 click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

And why you didn t do?
Maybe you run an earlier version of the display drivers and so you should uninstall them before you start the upgrade.
    Check it!

After the upgrade, you can install the latest version of the Toshiba page display driver.
