Windows 7 download - language error unsupported

I had to reinstall Windows 7.  Cannot find my original disk, but I have a downloaded SP1 ISO probably DigitalRiver.  However I'm having a lot of problems and need to reinstall and decided that the download of a new ISO standard would be a good idea.

Be able to download from Digital River is not possible so I went to the recovery of the software Page, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery.

He rejects my key, who has recorded with happiness and works through windows genuine diagnostics tool.  The message is:

The product ID you entered is not supported in the country you have selected. Enter another number to identify product or select a different support option below.

How can I download an ISO?  I'm going along in circles because of this problem, and since it takes a certain time to install & update I will not start until I have a new standard ISO of W7 SP1.  Not sure that I can't find the original disk then download SP1 won't get me very far.

My version of Windows is an academic, I think that I got a backup drive and used to install it.

Frustrated by the United Kingdom

The PC was becoming more & more unstable - obviously problems with the DVD of the House of wood, I installed since.  Fortunately, a LOT of research finally unveiled my drive of W7 of origin and more than 200 updates later that I almost finished installing Windows.

I can't tell how deeply impressed, I am as not only MS ISO DigitalRiver downloads, but they also provided a recovery software site that will not work for the majority of users who have OEM licenses, not retail.

I am also very impressed with the club that I build the PC for not keeping the things that I told them to keep.  At least they kept the office discs and access, but GRRRRRR

    Hello

    1. which version of the Windows operating system is installed on your computer?

2 are computers on the environment?

I suggest you try temporarily disabling security software and check if it helps.

    Disable the antivirus software:

Warning: If you need to temporarily disable the security software, you should reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

If you are on the environment, it would be better to post the same question in the Microsoft Technet forum for assistance.

    Help, please

    Hello venkat23,

You can not put Windows 8 preview of consumer if you use the upgrade wizard in Windows 8. You will need to have a qualifying operating system on your computer to be able to upgrade. Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP are the eligible operating system.
It is probably the reason for the error unspecified you receive.

    First try this...

Download and run the Microsoft .NET Framework repair tool , then visit Windows Update and let it try to reinstall updates. Once it's done, scan again with Windows Update to ensure that they properly installed.

If this does not fix it try this...

    Uninstall the .NET Framework 1.1.
    Reinstall .NET Framework 1.1
Download and install. NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1
Visit Windows Update or Microsoft Update and let it install the rest of the 1.1 updates, including KB2833941

    @ Evanston only!...

You see the effects of a hijackware infection! If you had used the computer longer, I might recommend trying to detect & remove infections. But it would probably take a week or two and I'm sure you have better to do with your time right now so I would recommend the following (which shouldn't take any more than two hours of uninterrupted time).

    See...

    Cleaning a compromised system
         http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc700813.aspx

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows. Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

HOW to do a clean install of Win7: see "using the custom installation and formatting the hard drive option" (or "reinstall it Windows 7") http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Installing-and-reinstalling-Windows-7 article

NOTE: If your computer came with a set of disks, there is a hidden partition restore (not to be confused with the restoration of the system) you would use to do the clean install (AKA a "destructive recovery").

After the new installation, you will have the equivalent of a "new computer" in order to take care of EVERYTHING on the next page before connecting the machine to the internet or one local network (i.e. other computers) AND BEFORE to plug in a flash, SD card, or any other external drive to the computer otherwise:

4 steps to help protect your new computer before going online
         http://www.Microsoft.com/security/pypc.aspx

VERY IMPORTANT! -Online free trial Norton will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled. You MUST uninstall the trial for free AND download/run the removal tool again Norton before installing updates AND BEFORE installing your new application antivirus (for example, Avast5 or Microsoft Security Essentials, free).

Tip: Do not install Spybot again; It's really overkill in Win7 my humble OPINION, especially if you are installing Microsoft Security Essentials.

I'm reading a file mpeg and Windows Media Player C00D1199 error.  How to get good download of the missing codec?  I have windows 7 x 64 os.

    All is not lost.

Download and install a pack of codecs, such as K-Lite (Google for it). You can find THAT WMP can then read the file.

    Or
Download and install a small program called Gspot (Google it)! Drag and drop in its window one of the files, you can't plzy. It will tell you which codecs are used. You can then download and install the only after doing a search on the web for it.
    See you soon,.

  • CANNOT INSTALL ANY WINDOWS UPDATES UNIQUE LANGUAGE 8

    Hi, thanks for the comments.

I tried the method, but it has not fixed the problem.

With respect to method 2, I bought the laptop with Windows 8 by-installed, so no DVD with the software.  I made contact with the distributor of the computer (Samsung), but the first reaction was to get a new version of Windows 8.1 and as they say, the unique language of Windows 8, which has been installed, although the real is a 'gift' and therefore they cannot provide the DVD.  I contacted both Microsoft and there response also had to buy a new license.  I can not fully used this problem as the update seems to be 'corrupted '.

I noticed that the Proxy has been set to auto detect the Proxy settings.  I turned it off and some of the patches installed.  However, most hotfixes do not install and the same issue occur when trying to install.

I always do if something goes wrong.

    Kind regards.

  • Windows Media Player C00D11BA error after upgrade (?) to Windows 8.1 8.0 on the urge

    Intel Core i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20 GHz

After I've upgraded to Windows 8.1 and was playback of an MP3 file, I got this Windows error mseesage, "Windows Media Player C00D11BA error" and no sound. Many required devices as their drivers updated and completed.

    Please advise,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,.

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

Once complete, download and reinstall the Chipset driver from the link below.

    Chipset Driver - Windows 8.1

When you're done, shut down the laptop by holding down the SHIFT key when you click Shutdown to temporrily prevent a hybrid boot.

Only start the laptop and let Windows load completely - it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - restart the computer and try to play the mp3 file.
