Windows 7 running slow will be upgraded to windows 10 clear of problems
I am running windows 7 Professional 64-bit, but it raised a number of questions and is slow.
The standard way to solve this would be to do a clean reinstall. If I want to upgrade to Windows professional 10 this will have the same effect, or I have to re - install Windows 7 first before the upgrade.
Also, on my second computer I am also running P 7 Professional but the 32 bit version. Can I download the Windows Professional 64-bit for this machine 10 and doing a full install instead of upgrade Windows 7 32-bit to 32-bit Windows 10.
Doing one in put place at level will not solve your performance problems. In fact, this could worsen.

MacBook Pro running slow even after upgrade
I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch model mid 2012, which had 4 GB of RAM, 500 GB hard drive, processor i5 2.5 Ghz, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB and running on OSX El Capitan version 10.11.5. I upgraded my RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB, still my Mac is slow. Apps for open at the usual time, he used to take when I had 4 GB of RAM. I bought the RAM correct as required by the specification of the laptop from the apple Web site. I tried all possible measures to increase my speed of laptop by Google but there was a lot of difference. Help, please!
There are 2 things you can try to improve the speed of your MacBook Pro.
1 backup all your data, then on boot hold down CMD + R, then open disk utility and format your hard drive. You go to install a new copy of Mac OS x.
2. follow the same steps as above but swap your hard drive outside with a SSD before doing the CMD + R reset tactical.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP YOUR DATA FIRST
I have the same machine and had the same problem, my MacBook Pro is faster than ever.

Have 15 old pc is running xp, upgrade to windows 8, is there a utility I can run that will tell me if some of the pc are amplified in?
MS
In general they all are probably and you would have to buy new licenses to each of them.
Minimum specifications for win 8 32 bit are 1 GB of ram and 256 MB of video. 64-bit is double and most xp machines do not correspond to the invoice.
If you give us the make and model of the machine, we can help with this.

I am running Windows 7 Home Basic Edition on Dell Inspiron 660 s and want to update my version of Windows to Windows 7 Home Premium and then to Windows 7 Ultimate using Windows Anytime Upgrade.I'm confused that when I will enter the Windows Anytime Upgrade key, do I need to enter after my Windows product key updated?Another question which gives me a voltage, it is that I lose all my data on the hard drive, after that I will be upgrading my Windows?Looking forward to your response.
There is no Windows 7 Home Basic to Windows 7 Ultimate Anytime Upgrade package.
You have either buy an upgrade level or full version Windows 7 Ultimate retail package and use the product key as well as the Express in Windows 7 Home Edition Upgrade Wizard basic upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.
If you use the upgrade wizard level Express with a touch of detail, your personal files, settings and installed applications will be kept.

I used to work only on PC, but now I have this 2009 macbook Pro. He had a record of 7200 RPM... but he died... I want to put a hybrid SSHD on it... will it run slower?
Several years ago I tested both a hybrid version Seagate 1 and later version 2 with my 13 "2009 MBP and the computer started more quickly with one of these drives with 7200 RPM drive. But that and save files were the only time where I saw an improvement of high speed. So no, not slower, but not really all that much faster. I ended up installing an SSD in the computer. Now that was an improvement.

Im running an iPad 2 # A1396 with iOS 9.2. I noticed a significant drop in speed and some quite unexpected apps. My wifi speed is 15mbs down and 2 upwards. Older versions of iOS ran much faster and are more stable. I rebooted several times with no improvement. I have exceeded my ability of processors A5?
Unfortunately, the installation of an earlier version of iOS is not possible. You can try to reset the iPad, but I doubt that that would solve the problem. It appears that he will soon upgrade to the iPad

Will be upgrading to Windows 7 get rid of black screen at startup?
original title: kSOD question/idea.
I was kSOD'd on my Dell XPS in early May. Since then I spent looking for a solution. I do not have a cursor, recovery mode does not work, safe mode does not work, sticky keys does not work. The list of possible solutions, I tried but nothing helped. I recently tried to call Dell and ask for a Vista reinstall disk but they wanted me just to upgrade to Windows 7.
My question is will be upgraded to Windows 7 to get rid of the kSOD? I hesitate because I don't want to spend money to buy Windows 7 if it won't work.
Normally, the upgrade of an operating system does not solve problems.
Do you have advice from Dell speak you of their recovery Partition, as you do not have a recovery disk?
Read this on a recovery hard disk Partition.
See you soon

AutoCad 2006 on Windows 7 slow course. I usually run 2006 on Windows XP without any problem. You have a solution?
Hello
AutoCad 2006 is compatible with Windows 7.
Method 1: It is possible that any software third is at the origin of the conflict, run the software to the clean boot and see if that helps.
Reference:
A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: When you're done to diagnose, follow step 7 in the article to start on normal startup.
Method 2: As it works very well under Windows XP, try to run the program in Windows XP compatibility mode and see if that helps.
See the following steps:
(a) right click on the icon of Autocad.
(b) click Properties, click compatibility.
(c) select the compatibility mode for Windows XP (service Pack 3).
(d) click OK.
(e) to run the program.
If the methods above do not help, you can contact Autocad for additional help.

I have tried everything I can think of, even to reinstall windows to correct the problem. Nothing solves the problem. It all started after clearing the cache of the browser. Text appears at least 15 seconds after I start typing, pages take a long time to load, if I click on something, it takes 15 seconds to show any response. If Firefox is on the screen, the mouse moves more slowly. Everything worked perfectly right, until I deleted the browser cache. Anyone have any ideas?
You can check for problems with the database places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe
