Windows 7 se shutsdown

Hi, I'm having a problem with Windows 7, it keeps restart unexpectedly.  I have it installed on a new hard drive, cleaned the pc of dust on the fans, still of processors etc (only in case of overheating problem), but it restarts. Very frustrating when I'm working on a document.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Tony

    Hello

Unfortunately the "blink" codes are not always an accurate indication of the actual error, so this may be one hardware failure of another component on the motherboard.

    Try the following.

Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery.  Follow the procedure begins on Page 52 of your Interview Guide & Service to remove the battery from the RTC.

Press and hold power for 30 seconds and then leave the laptop for 15 minutes.

Exchange your module memory 4 GB in the other available slot.  Reinsert the RTC battery, replace the cover, plug the power adapter ( Let the main battery at the moment ) and try to start the laptop.

    Any change?

  • Windows XP Crash - no bluescreens, nothing at all. It justs shutsdown without any warning. At least twice in two hours.

I just completely describe the scenario below on what happened. Help, please. I'm from areas of technology for 22 years that too with Microsoft Products since 1988, so you can understand my frustration with these issues on windows.

    Information:

    OS: Windows XP SP3
Update: Everyday - installation Custom patch but still priority all updates first and during the weekends the bottom, otherwise I'll finish by only installing the patches :-)
Software on my computer: Office Professional 2007, Expression Studio 3, Visual Studio 8 SP1, SQL Server 2005 SP2, IE 8, FireFox, Chrome.

    (1) three weeks, I suspected that it was a malware based on the behavior of IE 8, which means very slow race, taking too much time processor etc. and finally one of the site hacked with javascript injection, so I thought that something goes wrong.

    (2) rebuild the - F11 - machine since the machine is HP, use F11 to rebuild the machine where it formats the entire machine and take him back to the factory settings.

    (3) disconnected internet, installed everything I need. COMAST asks its users to install the Symantec Norton instead of McAfee installed so that we were leaving so, full a check found nothing etc. It's not allowed me to install the bulk of the security, if you want to know. System has worked fine for a week.

    (4) noticed the same problems last week. Even what is happening, first blammed Norton, then booted in safe mode. Removed Norton, could not bring back my system again. Just, it does nothing or will some kind of loop I think. So I gave up on it.

    5) rebuild using F11 - initial factory setting. This time, released the IP from comcast as well because I suspected that someone likes my IP :-) Now, instead of Norton, I installed Windows first and installed security malicious Malware Removal necessary. This tool crashes because it's the end. same questions again. IE 8 slow... etc... tired of this shit.

    (6) to rebuild again without anything between comcast and computer (deleted this thing of Vonage in the middle). Disconnected until everything is scanned etc. All hard drives external and everything. This time, I installed Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 2010, hoping that this will solve something that doesn't have Norton and it allows essential security next.

    (6) Worked fine for a while and started crashing again, IE 8 give me too many questions. Something common in all scenarios, I found, is it ask again me in IE 8 to install the latest Adobe Player - even if I downloaded from the adobe Web site separately. Something looks bad here for me, not sure. Firefox or Chrome is not that they work very well, but I think that since they wok well, but causing the malware flow and does not ask the user to install the plug-in.

    (7) so that everything works very well. This time, I found that I can not access any site Web de Kaspersky Anti-virus except Kaspersky. All other sites such as Symantec, McAfee, Avast, or you name it are not available. They come back with a message that says: this type of request is not served. Kaspersky, I could see, but no style sheet not nothing, at least the content came and it let me download the trial version.

    (8) ok. Finally, Kaspersky has found a virus and removed. Same essential security does as well. But now I got it again. Windows XP to break at any time, I can't rely on it more and do not know if someone steals my password.

    (9) for more information, I uninstalled essential security I read somewhere that if several anti-virus brings this scenario. No luck, still has the same issues. This time I won't have to rebuild, just mix the windows in the trash and my 22-year career to move to something better, even if I know there is none. But at least away from the computer for a while.

    Help.

    Hello

    1. When was the last time that the computer was working fine?

2 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?

I suggest you to check the exact error message you get to do this in the Event Viewer:

Event Viewer is a tool that displays detailed information about the events important (for example, programs that don't start as expected or updates are downloaded automatically) on your computer. The event viewer can be useful when troubleshooting problems and errors with Windows and other programs.

  • Causes of sleep Windows 10 PC Mode to become unresponsive

I'm having the problem intermittently, none of the solutions provided for in the other forums can help me. I don't have video cards that have been suggested as a problem, or my computer a model more old laptop HP Envy has it the driver Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI).

«To those who say there is a graphics driver issue and/or the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver must be aware that it is NOT the solution for each laptop model.»

In my case after a reboot my functions in sleep mode fine for maybe 3-5 cycles then he acts upward. However, my computer does not freeze upwards, it simply turns off after a minute or two his own. Time seems to vary.

It's the same thing when you perform a reboot, sometimes it restarts right away, other times it takes a few minutes before it shutsdown, but it restarts so quickly. For me, it seems to say that there is an app or an action that prevents the computer from reboot / go to sleep. Apparently this app/process takes time to be stopped is the root cause of the computer doesn't go to sleep everything away or take the time to restart.

After it goes off on its own instead of enter sleep mode and I want to use again, it starts very quickly and is ready to use in seconds, except all the apps etc are closed.

No firewall or anti Virus, with the exception of what is delivered with Win10

Clean boot is a band-aid. We know already computer goes to sleep after a reboot, it is when it is used for some time that problems start to occur.

Problem is that he's not going to sleep instead stops after two minutes. No problem by restarting.  If you perform a reboot, it takes about two minutes and then restarts.

If something is running in the background something I can't identify.

Because many people have the saame question perhaps an HP app which is in conflict with the new microsoft applications.

There is no further information on what happened, it just says: a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

I don't know any specs on the system (processor, memory, ect) I was given this laptop from edge of my guy on the ground.  I searched and I can't find any info on this Stop error message.  It was not a new hardware or software installed on the laptop recently, other than a possible update of Windows, I'm not sure.

Whenever the system is booted it shutsdown and the BSOD right before seeing the screen Ctrl Alt Del to log on.  I tried the Safe Mode, Mode safe mode with network and command prompt.  Each instance you get to the log in window, but when after entering my info and loggging stop immediately with the same BSOD.  I also tried the last good Config known with no luck.

Also, the hard drive is encrypted so I can just shoot and get a backup of it before you try to reinstall the operating system.  I have not tried to repair windows, yet, I'm waiting to try other solutions if they are there.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.  If you need any other information, just ask and I'll give you everything I can.
