  Service Pack 1 is a prerequisite for installing Service Pack 2. It could be the Service Pack 2 for some other day.

  I checked on our lab and the generic drivers are listed below for window 8 to add to see if this will allow you to print.

  Go to the start screen, the type (menu tiles) in "Devices and printers", select settings, click devices and printers.
  Click on add a printer in the upper part.

  Select "the printer that I want isn't listed."
  Click on 'add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.

  Click Next.
  Select "use an existing port," select "USB" in the menu drop-down.
  Click Next.
  Select "HP" in the column on the left and on the right, select 'Officejet Pro PCL3 class pilot.'

  You can also try the "HP Photosmart PCL3 class driver" or "HP Deskjet PCL3 class pilot."

  I try to install CS 6 standard Design on a second computer, my understanding is that I can install on 2 my order stations. I bought the upgrade to CS6 CS 5.5 in July 2013. Computer scientist firstly uninstalled 5.5 from my workstation before installing the CS6. Now, we get the message that we can not install CS6 because CS 5.5 is not detected on the computer. Do we need to reinstall 5.5 and then install CS6?

  First run, delete print jobs to eliminate any print job stuck in the queue.

  Unplug the printer.

  Download and run the patch (cleaning printer utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

  Restart your computer. Make sure that the printer is deleted. Deleting Manual printer driver

  Download the 32-bit drivers for Vista for Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64 bit Vista. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode, you will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

  It would take an app (or two) on the device that can open Excel files.  Search for KingSoft Office, WPS Office, or download Excel for Android on the Store.

  Once the app is located or installed, try to find the download using the application.

  I accidentally pressed the download button when I was looking at an app and have downloaded and it is now sitting in My World of App World section. It says "Ready to install", but I can't install it because I did not download it. How can I delete this file?   I don't think so. I think that as soon as you start the sequence to download/install you must perform in order and then uninstall the application. Because it is stuck and don't install it do not in all cases, there is really no wrong save for this be listed this way in your MyWorld. But, you could click and complete the installation, and then follow the normal instructions to uninstall I guess.
