Windows App Crash

I'm so frustrated, but have learned that a large part of this problem, learned since everything except the answer to my problem, I have windows vista family 32-bit premium, it runs very very slow and Explorer windows continues to work or respond, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with one or more running processes

We would like to ask you a few questions about the issue you are experiencing, in order to help solve your problem.  There are also a number of things you can try to solve the problem which are listed below.

  • Everything you do in Windows Vista seems slow or all simply when browsing internet?  Have you always had the problem or did just recently start to happen?
  • You mention that Windows Explorer stops working or answer, but the error information that you have posted are for Internet Explorer.  Is Internet Explorer, the program who ceases to work or respond?
  • A couple of things that you might want to try, run the System File Checker tool, and if this is insufficient, you can run IE without any add-ons to see if you have an add-on third party that is causing IE crashes.  We have provided for these two steps below.

System File Checker:

To determine if the problem you are experiencing is caused by one or more system files that are used by Windows Vista, run the System File Checker tool. The System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

1. click on the round to Start and then type cmd in the box start the search .

2 right-click cmd in the programs listand then click run as administrator.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue

3. at the command prompt, type the following line and press ENTER:

sfc/scannow

 

Run Internet Explorer without any addons:

1. click on the Start ORB and type, Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) in the box start the search

2. press enter

If Internet Explorer is running without any problems when running it without Add-ons, please let us know and we can provide the steps to discover which module may be the cause of the problem.

  • 8.1 Windows app crashing

    I have an app and Adobe Content Viewer installed on a 8.1 fully updated Windows

    one of them open to the splash screen opens the start screen but then the app is "thrown out of focus" and does not seem to load.

    What programs are needed? (I installed Adobe Air)

    What do you call this behavior? y at - he of the log files to see what is happening?

  • Windows 8.1 RT Skype app crashes after sending a file

    A friend tried to send me a file. I received a notification on the lockscreen. When I open Skype he went to the window of my friend. I tried to click on the file to receive it, but nothing worked. After a few seconds, Skype has minimized at bottom. I went to my Win 7 and got the file machine. Unfortunately, after that I could not discuss with this firend on my Surface. Whenever I received a msg from him and open Skype I could not answer, and the window is reduced after a few seconds.     The APP CRASH is explorer.exe. I can't reach all the functions on the start menu, or the screen. When this has happened, I got the internet browser, and I have no problem there. I downloaded a system check and verification of the register, but my computer only allows me enough time to launch. Close, but no. My McAfee system has been running for an hour, is 73% completed and shows no problem. I don't have my operating system CD, as wonderful HP and compaq have backup loaded on the HD to guess what? I can't access it? Any suggestions?

    Step 1: Start in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

  • Netflix app crashes in Windows 8, no error detected in the convenience store

    I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago.     Have you tried updating your video driver? Make sure you are using a Microsoft certified video driver.

    My app crashed and think it's something with the latest AIR beta.

    App has receiver eception of errors, but there is no pop up. Only "myApp.exe has stopped working" Windows dialog box.

    App has been normal work for a long time, so I doubt that the bug is in my application, but it could be.

    When you open the video files that display thumbnails, the codec is used to create the thumbnail for the videos it decodes. A work around for this is to change the display of files of other tiles. You can try to reinstall your codecs or download other codecs, do a google search and download only from trusted sites. You might have added new video file formats, and you need the codec for this video format.

    Hello peoples,
    I just installed an iMicro Bluetooth adapter on my computer, and then I wanted to restart my computer. I tried to find help, but could not find anythign useful so far. I installed for many drivers, updates, patches, etc. But none have anything to remove the blue screen of death. Now, after 7 hours, I really frustrated, and this is my last hope! (I don't want to save my hard drive and reinstall, because I paid more than 250 applications and more than 270 free programs on my computer! Of more, more than 350 iPad apps, of which a few are paid! Oh and 700 iBooks!)

    Now, you may need to check which startup item is causing the problem to occur.
     
    To do this, you may need to enable half of everything first to determine which application is causing the problem to occur the startup items.
     
    If the first half is not the origin of the problem go to the second half and activate the startup items and check.
     
    In this way, you would be able to determine which item is causing Windows Explorer crashing.
