My printer does not print. It's a Dell Photo 926. It was working before and now the convenience store can find nothing wrong. It is "offline." How do I put "online"?

I'm trying to print from my Win7 x 64 laptop over the network (homegroup or workgroup) to an enslaved Dell Photo AIO Printer 926. When I look for the computer on the laptop, I find, it seems to be fine, but when I print a job, the print job is in the queue on the laptop and does not send the job to the desktop printer. I had it once before but a relocation removed. I'm not sure why I see the desktop of my laptop printer but cannot get it working again.
Any advice? Thank you
You need the Windows7 x 64 drivers for the printer (and perhaps software and fimware) installed on your laptop to be able to print using the printer on another computer if he uses another operating system... Maybe when you reinstalled you forgot to install these things. Try this and see if you can then print.

Installation of the Dell AIO 926 printer problems
I have a Dell 530 s computer Vista Home Premium and a Dell AIO 926 printer. For some time now, I had a problem after printing 3 or 4 times that I wll get a message that the printer Interface was lost or something similar.
I uninstalled the printer and have installed many times online and on the driver CD. The printer installs and I can print. However, for Fax or Scan, I have to go the the program and open it. When I go to programs, Dell printers, Dell Photo Printer AIO926 the only thing it is the uninstaller.
I really need to be able to scan.

As you have already reduced to Norton firewall causing the problem.
It is possible that an exception should be created in Norton firewall to resolve the problem.
I suggest that first update you the Norton firewall and check if it works.
If that does not solve the problem, then you will need to contact Symantec for more information about adding exceptions in the Norton firewall.

No installation driver for Dell Photo AIO Printer 922
Windows can't open add printer (0x000006be) I have install can´t the Dell Photo AIO Printer 922 printer.
Go to the control panel devices and printers. Add a printer. Click Add a local printer and USB. If USB does not appear on the list, choode file. Then choose Windows Update. When the list fills (which will take some time), choose the Dell AIO driver. Lert the wizard is completed, follow the prompts, quit and restart the computer. Plug in the printer.
Let it be detected and complete installation.

I just bought a new computer hp laptop (Windows 8) and installed my Laserjet P1102 via the HP printer installation wizard because the system requirements don't include Windows 8.
I was able to install it and printed papers, but after that I restarted my laptop the printer appears offline. I think that the laptop does not recognize because a new printer appears online that of Laserjet 1100, but says that it is not installed and would not print.
How can I make the laptop recognize the Laserjet P1102 printer that is already installed? and why it is not in offline mode? : l

No communication with the Dell AIO 926 printer.
My Dell, Windows Vista, computer will not communicate with my Dell AIO 926 printer. I went through the troubleshooting guides and the printer is powered and cables are connected correctly. I downloaded Windows 'FIX IT' and there is no problems found. I still cannot print anything on the printer. I tried printing from Word files and the internet and nothing works. I went in administrative tools to check that print spool is set to automatic, and running. I also checked to make sure I have the latest printer driver. None of this has helped. Please notify.

This problem may occur if the printer driver is not compatible with the computer of Windows 8. See the Compatibility Center for more information.

New network printer appears offline
I recently replaced our network with an HP MP602dn HP4250 printer. I gave the new printer a static address to IP, mask, and gateway and adds the printer to the network Printserver (Windows Server 2003 R2). I have this printer and a Dell 5130cdn, both connected to a Netgear Dual Speed Hub (10 / 100 Mbps DS104). The printer works fine, for the most part. Several times a day it will appear 'offline' on the print server, but the printer screen shows "Ready". I discovered that I have "reset" the Netgear hub by unplugging and then reconnecting and then printers start to work again. I replaced the hub but the problem perisists. This not moved when the HP 4250 was in use. HP 602 network port speed was set to "Auto", but I changed it to "100 tx Full" and the problem persists. I even turned off the "Auto Sleep" mode. Does anyone have a solution?
After replacing the hub with a switch, the problem has been resolved.

After the description of the question, I understand that you can not use Dell photo all-in-one Printer 926, A01 on Windows 8.
Your printer is not compatible with Windows 8. There is no driver available for Windows 8.
I suggest to uninstall the printer drivers, then restart the computer. Once you are finished, press Windows + R and type wuapp then check for Windows update. Install all important and optional updates and check.
If the problem persists then I suggest to unplug the printer, then restart your computer. Download the 32-bit drivers for Windows 8 32 bit Vista or 64-bit drivers for 64 bit Vista Windows 8. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode. You will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

- You are able to print using the printer?
- What is the number and model of the printer?
- Did you the latest changes on the computer?
Method 1
Check and make sure that this printer is not set offline.
(a) open the start menu and click on the "printers and faxes". This will open a window with a list of the printers currently installed on your computer.
(b) double-click the icon of the printer that you want to change online. It will open a pop-up window describing all current print jobs.
(c) go to "Printer" in the menu bar of the pop-up window and uncheck "Use printer offline." This action will change the printer from offline to online mode.
Method 2
If the previous step fails and then run the tool fixit available in the link below and check if it helps.

Copy/scan Dell AIO 926 Printer Issue

My 5 year old AIO 926 prints of email, Word, excel, etc.. And it is used to copy a page on the glass without problem.
For the last 5-6 months where using the copy of the format, it tilts a vertical column starting 5 inches from the left margin to 6 inches, how it start printing correctly on the right margin. This is consistent from top to bottom, as something covered that part of the page on the glass.
I uninstalled the printer 2 times, downloaded the driver of many times and reset the command offset printer as well, but nothing doesn't solve this problem. The printer works fine for files sent by the PC, I suppose that it is not a problem with cartridges. I'm not a PC guru and utilization of my setup only for fairly mundane personal stuff, so probably miss me something complicated (for me) that I could try. Can I get help in simple language for someone at the level of expertise "of the PC for Dummies"? Thank you. As we tried all the steps above, it seems to be a hardware failure. Based on my experience of the belt scan starting jams by causing this issue a bit.
You can consider replacing the printer.
