  First of all, please note that you mean a computer, not a cpu.  "CPU" means "Central processing unit". In modern personal computers, the CPU is a relatively small chip, an integrated circuit. I don't admin and I managed to say you want to restart? I say yes, it restarts then it shows windows startup, but no flags windows or points come on the screen. (after 2 minutes) I turned off the computer by pressing the power button turn it on and I do the repair from windows thing.  and back windows to a State where I don't have GT legends.  so is it possible to install it where no joke my PC

  I tried some of the solutions that offered you, but I think what was my problem was caused by the presence of the index on an external hard drive and when the computer has been restarted the drive letter of the USB drive was not the same.  If I remember well, it was a problem that I wasn't yet able to rebuild the index.

  I now have the index on my hard C at the level of the root drive.  I was about to point to the other half of a 16 GB flash drive which is also USB, but Windows Vista Home Premium does not only because it appears that are considered removable flash drives, but external USB drives are not presented in this category.

  I use Alt - Tab to move through my open applications.  After tabbing through open applications using Alt - Tab, and then selecting an application (such as Excel), the Alt key does not work the first time I click on it.

  For example, I Alt - Tab to Excel, Excel Gets the focus, I type Alt - F to access the file menu.  It does not work.  I find myself with the letter 'F' in the currently selected cell.  Inevitably, this screw my spreadsheet and distracted me from my work.  This was never a problem in Windows XP, in Windows 7.  I find that it is occurring with other applications also.

  I have to press the ALT key twice or press ESC and Alt - F.

  Is there any solution for this?  A patch?  A work around?

  I discovered that the source of this problem (for my computer) is that I was using an Aero theme.  When I switched to Windows Classic theme, the problem disappeared.

  Steps to follow:

  (1) right-clight on your desktop.

  (2) select "Customize".

  (3) select "Windows Classic Theme.

  I found that it was the themes Aero that caused the problem.  So now, Windows 7 is really ugly with the "Windows Classic theme" but I'll take functionality without bugs an interface fairly riddled with bugs anywhere, anytime.

  I have updated with the latest updates for the OS and I ran through the emergency program. If I put it in "The program additional permissions" it will actually start the program and I get the prompt to let the program do change etc. etc. (yes I put tell me every detail :) but whenever I try to create a macro using the option do not forget mouse and keyboard I get the message, 'Unable to set the Hook'.)
