  Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider); They provide your broadband / dial connection.

  By using our home PC Windows Vista Home Premium Version 6.0 SP 2 we cannot open documents?  What look a courier who had double clicking has no effect, right-click and open doesn't do nothing, also using Save As results in the "command failed" no matter where we save.  Even when we create a document wordpad as a test and send us the same problem is met.

  First of all, see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 and see if your antivirus interferes.  Some are known with play with WinMail and its messages and the database.  Then compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), and then see if it boots and your account works fine.  You may need to delete your account, compact and repair the database, and then add it back again.  But first, make sure that your antivirus is not that live up to WinMail.  www.Microsoft.com/security_essentials seems to work very well.

Windows Mail help seems to indicate that the link is blocked because it may be phishing and that the solution is to click on the link and type unlock in the InfoBar. I don't see an information bar.   IE9 is blocking the information bar if you want to see it, and then open the message in a separate window and it will appear again or uninstall IE9.  As for opening Word instead of IE, go to the control panel. Default programs | Associate a file type or Protocol with a program, press page down to the HTTP and HTTPS protocols, and set IE as default.

  Have you installed IE8? If so, that's your problem. The drones at microsoft will not acknologe this issue calling it a virus program incompatibility. If you uninstall IE8 yiu will probably be back in the business of making it easily, click on the link between communities at the bottom of the error message and analysis through messages until you see a link to uninstall IE8

  You are is Windows Vista Home version. Open Internet Explorer and click Help | Everything. You get the error message is a known problem with IE8, although I thought that was patched.

  1: Download the zip file. Right-click | Extract all. Click on the result and run it. You will see buttons for compact and repair the database.

  2: click the icon in the Notification area to open the program. You will need to look around, after that, as I'm not familiar with the details about moy.

  3: click Start, and then stop. When the computer is turned off completely, press the power button to restart.
