The quartz.dll is recorded and uncorrupted. I reinstalled WMP11 several times. I have reset the DRM with Microsoft tools both Netlix and individualized WMP11 using several MS individualazition sites and by force using the command-line of the several times with each reinstall.

  The last thing I tried is to use the resetDRM tool and not to individualize and then installed Amazon Unbox for rentals and video purchases. I ran the troubleshooting included in Unbox and let individualize WMP11, then troubleshooting reported no problems with my set-up. I downloaded a free file short Amazon and although he'll play the Amazon unbox player, trying to read the file in WMP11 always returns the same error as before and therefore trying to play one of the other DRM files I have.
