but don't let me someone can help me please.

    Thank you Span

    Hi, Span,

According to the description, you cannot use Windows Media. However, I want to provide some more information to you to solve the problem:

    1. are you referring to Windows Media Player?

    2. what exactly happens when you launch Windows Media Player? You receive an error message or error code?

3 did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    4. how exactly did you try to reinstall Windows Media Player?

If you are referring to Windows Media Player then I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you perform the clean boot and check if the problem persists.

Place the computer in a clean boot state, then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to configure the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 of the article mentioned above.

Audio input Inspiron 15 3000 can not detect the headset, but audio dell can detect something trendy. However, the playback sound device cannot detect any helmet. Now I only get gurgling in the helmet. How to solve this problem?

Hello. To test the headphone switch the native Windows audio driver Realtek audio driver.

    1. open Device Manager (type devmgmt.msc in the box of Windows search).
    2. develop the 'audio controllers, video & game' and right click on "Realtek High Definition Audio".
3 Select this option to "Update driver software".
    4. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
    5. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
    6. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
    7. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio"(native driver).
    8. click on "next".
    9. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
10 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.
[To return to the Realtek driver, do it again but reverse the names in steps 1-6.]

If it is still bubbling even with the native driver, test by using other headphones. If still no luck then probably hardware failure. Contact technical support for warranty repair.

If it works fine with the native driver, then the Realtek driver is buggy. Try a different version of the driver. If you need help with this answer comes back with the full model name (something like "Inspiron 11 3147", etc.) and which operating system there.

I have windows vista I want to uninstall it how can I do this?

You do a clean install with XP:

Then follow the steps below to do a clean install.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

Windows 7 32 bit version product key - where can I get this (UK)?

Product keys are not sold separately, "retail" versions of Windows are products in box with installation support 32 and 64 Bit and plastic a card inside the box that contains the key. Anyone who sells the right key is most like a crook.

Since Microsoft stopped selling Windows 7 about 2 years ago, it is very unlikely, you can find media "Retail".

OEM versions (which are related to the 1st computer they are installed / activated on and can not be moved / used on another computer) but may still be available.
