Satellite A100 freezes after Windows messenger installation
Hello
I downloaded a new version of Windows messenger, shortly after I received this message from Dr watson postmortem debugger.
I have never seen anything like this before.
When I went to check the details of what the model froze, I used cont alt + del and end of the task came.
The only thing I could do was turn he took not stop it's frozen, I tried again and I get the toshiba screen then a few minutes loading desktop icons.
The icons disappear so that they appear again, it won't let me do anything anyone can help, thanks a lot.Hello
It seems that the Microsoft Messenger is responsible of this gel! Dr. Watson appears because this is a debugger for Microsoft Windows.
If Dr. Watson is running and a Windows application crashes, Dr. Watson creates a report containing technical information that can help developers to determine what caused the application to crash. You talk like a beginner with internal Windows not much experience. If you are not able to start the operating system in the right order, I advise to use the recovery CD Toshiba for the new installation of the OS. This should help you to restart the laptop.

I can not configure Windows messenger in Windows XP
I have installed Windows XP system. I could not configure windows messenger to communicate with my colleagues. When I checked the tools-> Options-> tab accounts, I couldn't find the account of SIP communications service with which others have configured their Messenger.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.Windows Messenger 5.1 is no longer available. You can see that if your company has only the version that you can download from all your colleagues are using this version.
Or you can download MSN Messenger 7.0

How can I stop Windows Messenger from starting automatically
I have never used Windows Messenger. I recently bought / implement a system refurbished with XP Home - after about a month of use, the Herald began popping up automatically whenever I start the machine, or when I open Outlook Express (and immediately requires a screen name access code (whenever it starts, even if I gave him once to satisfy) (, so I have two things to cancel).
As I say, he began to do this by himself without conscious action on my part, a few weeks after the introduction of the machine. I had an older XP machine for 6 years and never seen it happen.
Two questions: 1) is this a normal behavior to require a name to screen EACH time it starts? I would have thought that it would save one associated with the connection.
(2) how can I do to stop the automatic aperture? I don't necessarily want to kill-I can actually try to use it someday. I just that it quietly hide in the system tray, as it has always done before.
To stop the Messenger to start with Windows:
(1) right-click on the Windows Messenger icon in the system tray.
2) click Open.
(3) in Windows Messenger, click on tools, then click Options.
4) click the Preferences tab.
(5) in the preferences, uncheck the "run Windows Messenger when Windows starts" and "Allow Windows Messenger to run in the background", and then click Ok.To prevent Outlook Express from loading Messenger
(1) open Outlook Express
2) click Tools, Options
3) click on general tab
(4) uncheck the box to automatically log on to Windows Messenger
5) click OK Microsoft Security MVP, 2004-2009 -

. Windows 7 64 bit printing problem
I used the Windows 95 version of the Print Shop Deluxe on XP for years without problems, but now I just got a new laptop running Windows 7 (64 bit) and the CD will not download. Dialog box shows is not compatible. Anyone has any ideas, the update to download this CD please? Its unlikely that the PrintShop version designed for Windows 95 uses some 16-bit code that is not compatible with 64 bit versions of Windows 7.
Most older programs don't work with Windows 7, in particular some programs for Windows XP, can you need to perhaps upgrade to Windows 7 Professional or ultimate edition if you run not an edition and download the Windows XP Mode free program which will allow you run old programs:

Toshiba value added Package for Windows Vista Version 1.1.3 on Qosmio F45
I installed the new * Toshiba value added Package for Windows Vista Version 1.1.3 * for my Qosmio F45-AV413 and function keys was arrested for work.
If I don't go back to the previous system, there is no action that I can do to make the works of buttons again.
I tested with Vista Home Premium which is installed with the product, tested with Vista Business from scratch, and none of them work as expected.
Well, if someone could help me with this question I really thank you,
Marcelo.
Have you already tried to install an earlier version of the software function button on your system? I think the new version is buggy and if not already a newer version is released, you should have the old version until a new one comes out.
Please check if the old version works, it shouldn´t be a big problem for the single download from the Toshiba driver download site.
See you soon
