Hi belizariocruz cruz,.
· You receive an error with the message code?
· What is the operating system installed on the computer?
This problem may occur if the Security Center service is not configured to run under the Local Service account, but the dependent services are configured to run under the Local Service account.
Note: The following can be used for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Method 1: To resolve this problem, make sure that the Security Center Service and all its dependencies are configured to run under the Local Service account. Set the center of security and its dependencies services to run under the Local Service account.
a. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
b. double-click Security Center, click on tab log .
c. Select "this account" click on the Browse button, type Local Service and click ok.
d. type the password and confirm the password and click ok.
Method 2: You can run the Microsoft Safety Scanner for any infection by virus. Check out the following link to do the same thing.

What antivirus program you have installed? Many antivirus programs and security have their own version of a "Security Center" that take for the one integrated in Vista/XP. If this is your case, then the behavior you're seeing is by design.
If this is not the case, your computer is probably infected.
There is no way for us to know who it is from what you wrote, please supply, the lack of details to get more help.
The first Question of troubleshooting: what has changed between the time where things worked and the time, they did not?
The second issue of Windows troubleshooting: what is the status of virus/malware of the machine? If you think it's clean, what programs (and versions) allows you to determine this?
Make sure that the computer is clean:

The service of Windows Security Center cannot be started. (Windows 7)
There is a red X on the icon of flag in the bottom right of my screen. When I click on it to start the WSC service I get a Message that says: "cannot start service of Windows Security Center." There is no error number.
I can go and change Autostart Settings, and will work for a few seconds. The WSC turns on and then a few seconds later, it will turn, the settings go back to 'off '.
Any help?
Hello WK99,
1. you have any software from third-party security installed on your computer?
If you have security software installed on your computer, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the security software.
If still does not work, run a file system on your computer check tool. You can read the article which will give you information on how to use the System File Checker tool to fix the system files missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833
This can also be caused by an infection of malicious software on your computer. I suggest that you run a Malware scan on your computer and check if you have the same problem. You can follow the link below and run Windows Onecare scan online.

HelloI use Windows 7 Home Premium. Window Defender won't start. When I click on it in the Panel, he says "this program is disabled." There is a link that says: "If you do not use this program, click here to turn on. When I click on this link I get the message "the dose of specified service does not exist as an installed service (error code: 0 x 80070424)". " When I go to the Panel and the Panel of Services, the program is not listed. So I downloaded the program and tried to install it. He would not have installed. It is part of the vista operating system
read this information on the Defender:

For some time I get the above warning message. It all happens in trying to update Windows Defender or essential Windows. What causes this? I am deeply concerned that my computer has been compromised as a result of this error. To all those who will read this. I'm not a pro, computer whiz, or, Einstein with a computer, I think you get the idea. I have a sincere desire to learn as much as I can. I happen to be a more mature person, for whom computers came to me by my only interest. Thanks for your valuable help in this matter.
