  Hi MS supports,

  We have two Windows Server 2012 Standard which must be activated with the information of the right at the bottom of the windows desktop as shown in Figure 1.

  Then, I run the command slui and enter the product key to activate as shown in figure 2.

  Unfortunately, I got an error with already shown as Picture 3.

  Note,

  • I called the Activation Center as indicated in picture 4 in Norway to attempt activation by phone, but the CSR told me that they cannot generate the confirmation ID to activate the operating system.
  • The server is not connected and cannot be connected to the internet for internal use only.

  Can I have your help to solve the problem? and I also need to know the impact if it is not enabled.

  I'm a system administrator.  Has been released a DVD, said to go and install servers.

  With the help of our key, I installed Server R2 Standard correct 2012.

  When I activated the host, I entered the key and told me

  I looked in our MPN portal and is the only key I.  Therefore: time to call Microsoft.

  What is the information they want?

  We are good.  The boss looked MPN and found in Lo!, we (they) use all of our licenses of R2.

  So I have a simple Pentium Dual core server here, and I'm putting in place local file sharing. For some reason any however I can't write files on the disk, even when you sign in as administrator of any computer in the network.

  I've been Googling the problem for hours and I found something on the deactivation of the audit, I did in secpol.msc, but I tried to disable it, and it will not always grant access.

  Is something directly above my head, or is it a problem in the file sharing himself?

• vCenter Simple install on Windows Server 2012

  Hello

  I try to install vCenter with Simple installation on an instance of Windows Server 2012 Standard virtual.

  But the installation completely hangs when installing SQL Server 2008 R2 on the vCenter Single Sign On package installs.

  Progress of the installation comes to: Install_sql_engine_core_inst_Cpu64_Action and a stand for a couple of hours now and no activity of the CPU on this process.

  I will attach a screenshot.

  Its not so bad. I did several times. What to install. Ex: SSO, the inventory Service, vCenter Server and web client is enough car radio.

  Well, I would consider making the following if you have an existing database of VC.

  -Take the DB backup file.

  -Install SQL and restore the DB on the new server.

  -Install the VC and connect ODBC etc...

  Currently, I use the windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise SP2 with AD, DNS and DHCP server. I want migration of these services to new fresh Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard machine. I migrate to active directory after this statement: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/22249.migrate-active-directory-from-windows-server-2003-r2-to-windows-server-2012-r2.aspx, he gets with success, but the IP configuration on the source server not migrated to the destination server. So, all of you know that why the source server IP configuration cannot migrate to the destination server?

  There are always two or more CPUs stuck in KeFlush...() functions dealing with IPIs. 
  
  The problem looks like interrupt loss during IPI-ALL-BUT-SELF dispatching, we tried to track possible problems in KVM code that may lead to an issue like this but found nothing so far.The issue looks even more interesting taking into consideration that as far as we know CPU grouping is SW-only feature that doesn't have real effect on hardware.We will be grateful for any idea that could help to resolve the problem.Thanks in advance!P.S.
