  Here are the usual methods to solve this problem:

  • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows in a few days (only works if you have recently changed the password).
  • Logging in as a different admin account and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if create you an alternative admin account).
  • Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you have activated the account administrator and know its password).
  • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have created such a keyfile).
  • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)

  If none of these standard precautions work for you, then the remedy will be painful. Post again if this is the case.

  I understand a computer running Windows 10, which had the printer installed using a Setup disk, now knows the pop ups. My best advice would be to uninstall the printer completely from a PC, the HP printer install wizard for Windows instead, to ensure that the most current drivers for Windows 10 are installed.

  All drivers I have installed is. C:\DRIVERS. Discover yours. In the Device Manager the only smbus I found was ATI.

  I get the above "Interrupted... intake process" error on boot the system. I can't say what application has stopped. Internet works, but if I open a folder (windows Explorer?) and then try to close it crashes.

  My problem seems to have disappeared. I did have to do the clean boot. I don't really know what happened.   I do not know the D5630, but for the Deskjet 6540 you can do a cycle of cleaning of the façade, as follows: turn on the printer.  Press in and hold the power button, then press the Cancel (X) button twice, then release the power button.

  Note that it rare to * never * need to perform a cleaning on the HP cartridges cycle, it would be unusual to the same need forced into the life of the cleaning cartridge.  Perform unnecessary cleaning cycles will use ink and shorten the life of the printer.
