I checked that I meet the requirements for the program and everything works properly and I have all the updates for XP Pro. I went round and round with Roxio for several weeks. After I appealed to BBB, Roxio sent me a replacement drive, but Windows will not read it either. I am able to read/play all THE other drives I - except Roxio. They don't tell me why it does not work.

  If they send you a dvd disc, it may be a problem with the dvd drive on your computer.
