  Method 1: Temporarily disable the antivirus on the computer program and check if it helps. If it works, you may need to check the settings of the program.

  This did not help also. I tried method1 + methode2, it does not work too.

• Mozilla has started crashing several times should be in a day because it happens almost every day, only after I've updated for FF 29.0.1

  I unchecked the "use hardware acceleration" just in case and I use McAfee at all.

  This isn't a signature of crash I see all related to bugs and nothing obvious to me that no work around. Apparently, for some reason any the javascript compiler runs into problems.

  Can I ask you to solve the problems by running Firefox in safe mode and with all plugins disabled.

  This can prevent accidents & then give me a clue as to what is the cause, or may result in a Crash Id with a different signature that I find most useful.

  There is apparently a windows update (related to the ActiveX security) which defines the stop bit in the registry for some ActiveX controls mutual (see treeview etc.). Thus solutions based vba now don't compile on some machines in my company network.

  By mistake (or the goal really is to disable these controls?) / how to do around the issue?

  What are the updates that it tries to download, see also if there is an error code in your update history. To do this.

  Goto Control Panel
  Click on Windows Update

  Have you tried to start Firefox in Mode safe? Key 'shift' startup of Firefox. If it doesn't happen in Mode without failure, you should read the extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems.

• Windows 7 update stops at 61%

  Hello, I would just ask something on my windows7 update, it automatically downloaded 18 upgrades for my pc but once I restarted and updates began to set up, the process stops at 61%, right on the start screen.

  Ive tried to reset in the middle of the configuration, which is clearly a bad move because windows tells me to do not turn off the power during Setup, but when I got to a point that windows prompted update failed, and coming back from changes, the process stops as well.

  Fortunately, Ive found a way around it and used the system restore, my pc seems fine now but I wonder if someone could give me a reason that if it never happens again.

  I no longer use Windows Defender because of the risk of conflicts and problems with MSE.  I know people who have asked for advice in the forums etc who have had similar problems that you and their options were to uninstall or disable Windows Defender or uninstall their existing such as MSE, Norton, AVG, AV program.  Uninstall Windows Defender is not necessary, eliminated the problems of error messages, etc.
