Windows XP wants to activate again after already being activitated

I meets me blue screens in Windows XP Professional, so decided to 'repair installation' (so I could keep all my files).  I stumbled across the repair facility /, then made secure boot.  I was invited to activitate Windows XP Professional, I did successfully (or so I was told).  However, when I rebooted, I was always instructing to activate Windows XP.  When I try to turn it back on, I am informed that Windows has already been successfully activated.  When I try to access my account again, I am invited again to activate round of Windows - and ' round I'm going!

Original title: Windows asking to activate again.

I used windows 8 on my Dell Vostro 2520. A couple of weeks, I've updated to 8.1 and I had no problem with windows 8.1. But since yesterday, I started to get continuous https errors, even to https://google.com the browser said there are certificate errors (my friends using the same wifi network I use had no such problem). Chrome told me that my date is not correct. My calendar showed 10024 year and there was also a warning that the date is out of range. I tried to change the date, but I got the message that it could not be changed. So I decided to restore my windows. I chose the option that keeps your personal files and removes all software. On the update page, it has been shown that "you'll have new update to windows 8.1". But restarting does not help me. I had the same problem of https, also lost 8.1 now my pc is Windows 8. And as he asks me to activate windows... Help me

  • Windows 7 will not activate reinstall after Asus M3A Council.

Recently, I did a reinstall of costs of upgrading windows 7 on an Asus M3A mother card.  When I tried to do the validation, it is not accepted.   This license from a windows 7 upgrade kit 3pk @ Walmart I bought shortly after the release of windows 7.  I had no problem with the original installation but having moved and the system being stored for about 2 years, I thought I would clean the system with a new facility.  This update was conducted from Windows XP that was originally installed on the card.  I've updated the processor, memory and bios over the years.   I do a reinstall once before long after the upgrade and had a similar problem.  In this case, I had to go back to older BIOS and CPU that was in the system when I did the initial upgrade.  I took some of the old avalible yet bios from Asus but do not have the original CPU.   Attached are the results of the windows validation tool.   Any ideas?   I also tried the route to reinstall windows XP by using the original XP license and then done installing windows 7.  No luck.

  • Windows want to activate... once again...

    Hi all!

A few days ago I had to replace my card mother, also changed processor and graphics card.

Anyway, what happends is. Now my windows want to activate again, and I can't use my key. He says he only wants another. You now have 3 days or it will be impossible to certain windows features. I tried to turn it on several times.

    So no solution?

    Tounsiiaa

BTW if this can help. I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64.

You must enable maually.  By changing the motherboard, it is a zone of gray or not the OEM license is still valid (it is fine if you bought a copy of Vista retail), but it's worth a try.

To activate manually, go to start, search, and type in slui 4 enter.  Enter your country and press Next.  You will be on a screen with a phone number and a bunch of codes below.  Dial the number and browse automatic guests until you get to a human being.  Have your handy product code because it will be asked.  Explain the situation, but it's the same PC and only installed on this PC.  They should give you a code to enter on this screen to activate Vista.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

Most likely, the battery is broken. With AppleCare +, a replacement of the battery is free. However, without AppleCare +, a replacement battery will cost $79.

    Hi Dale,

Since you are not able to open a session in normal mode, log in in safe mode and perform a few steps that would help you solve the problem.

Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.
    a: turn on your PC
b: Press F8 repeatedly , then in Mode safe
    c:
    Logon as per normal
(Note: administrator password is usually empty, but I hope you know your password)
d: Authorize the Office to load completely (who answered "Yes" to continue mode without failure)
(Note: this is just a long way to say go to Safe Mode)
    e: Click Start - run
    f:
type exactly: rundll32.exe syssetup, SetupOobeBnk (then click OK)
(Note: a single space after 'rundll32.exe' also the Oo are two letter o in "oobe"; capital and the comma are important)
g: Wait a few seconds (although you won't see any change)
h : Restart your PC normally (start - stop - restart - Ok)
i: You will be able to return to the Normal Mode.

    Good day!

  • Windows 8 buggy again after many problems and refreshes.

Hello, this has been my third discount over the last 2 weeks. Windows 8 always worked fine for me until about 2 weeks ago, when he got into a loop of auto repair after a reboot.  I tried everything to fix it and finally I had to update Windows.

After that I finally managed to install most of my programs lost and began to enjoy my PC once again, suddenly the Windows Explorer crashed and began to close and restart all the time. When I tried then auto repair, it remained stuck in another loop, this time with a nice BSOD at the end I searched a lot on the internet and I tried everything I can to remedy this, but finally I had to réactualisiez.

After this refresh Windows seems to work perfectly, and better than ever before, I could even install some updates, that I was not able to install before because of some kind of bug. Then after a certain update that upgrades to Windows 8.1 appeared in the app store. My first attenpt to install failed, so I googled the error code upward and run the update during a clean boot with updated graphics drivers. The update failed, but this time my internet connection is completely. After some research, I discovered the autoconfiguration service WLAN could not be started due to error 193: 0xc1. I tried all possible ways to fix that I found on the internet, but nothing has worked. Finally I have a third update of despair.

Given that the update, I can't sem to be able to install half the updates and all click on boxes of the metro interface miss the text. When I tried to contact Microsoft support, I discovered my product id is "unavailable" and everything is just very bug.

So, what should I do now? Perhaps yet another Windows refresh help? Is there meaning to perform a new installation? Is this necessary?

I also finally have windows 8.1.

Hello, I had a lot of trouble with my PC for the past 3 weeks, including the BSOD and other kinds of bugs and crashes. I described most in this issue:

Now everything seems to work again fine, but I get several kinds of problems. When I tried to install the video card drivers that my computer kept freezing, most Metro applications turns off after opening, some programs do not start sometimes and I get a lot of other mistakes. My computer needs correct the mistakes of hard drive several times a day.
Everything points to the failure of the hard drive. However, I use an SSD. I don't know if this changes anything though.
Then my last question was a clean install would stop all this evil for good? And if not, what might help?

I just wanted you to know that I finally discovered the cause of the accident. Because those made completely inaccessible Windows, I couldn't dump files. But after each clean install Windows crashed after I installed a bunch of software. But I was not sure what software it is, so I made a wrong bet, and my computer crashed again.

So, after that 2nd clean installed, I searched for accidents with the program I knew most, Deamon Tools. Each accident came when I restarted the computer after a session, I have installed or used Daemon Tools in. And indeed, it turns out be known to cause a BSOD. However, that sounded weird to me, because I used it for many months and never the source of problems.
After that my 3rd installed clean, I decided to restart my computer after each program I have installed, in the case of another wrong bet, but do not install Daemon tools. And now, while I tap on my beloved PC, it works very well with all my software, with the exception of Daemon Tools.
I also red published there also with pretty much every other ISO mounting program on Windows 8. No idea how to mount the ISOs anyway? (Edit: oh, it seems that Windows 8 is a built-in ISO film editor.)
  • The yellow icon appearing again after the installation of Windows updates.

    Original title: Windows Update

I went to the Start Menu and click on Windows Update.  (Microsoft Update is the real screen name.)  I clicked on Express - Get high-priority updates (recommended).  Microsoft Update now says the following: check the latest updates for your computer...  After a while the rescued and install updates appear; then I click on install updates.  Installation of updates window appears with this message: the updates are being installed.  Installstion status is reproduced below.  Extraction of the files sometimes on the screen.  Often I do it the short way; in other words, I click on the yellow at the bottom of the screen, and updated icon Instaliing up-to-date displays.  Long or short path, the yellow icon is displayed again after some time.  Why?  Also, why the rest yellow icon even after having this?
