Wireless mouse works intermittently

My mouse, intermittently, works, or it, glitches and does not at all.  I have a NEW mouse to see if this corrects the problem.  No, he didn't.

My NEW mouse: Blackweb Bluetooth wireless mouse, model number: BWB15HOo213, S/N: PRDMU36.

My OLD mouse: Logitech M310, P / N: 810-004004, S/N: 1501LZ6ELA8

My old mouse glitched, as described, and so I decided to get the NEW mouse.  SAME QUESTION for the new.

What is the problem?

Wireless mice are more trouble that it be put in place with.  First recommendation is of use a cable.

Wireless mice are common problems, because they depend on a radio signal between it and a receiving device.  If a device has a low battery, you will have a problem.  The radio signal between devices is very low and depends on being close enough and especially no radio no signal interference.  The signal interference can come from many sources, but the computer itself can be the worst offender.  Try to move the receiver close enough (a few inches) with the mouse and see if that helps.

In your case, it looks like interference.

  • Satellite Pro 300 L. Wireless only works intermittently

I have updated all drivers wireless on the laptop. It is running Vista and all updates have been applied.

Wireless continues to stop intermittently. He doent loses the connection with the access point but ping fails, where another computer attached to the same access point works very well. I ran pc live version of linux on the laptop operating system and it remains connected without problem. There SEEMS to be something windows / vista related but I'm not sure of that. I did not check the bios to see if there's a updtae, do not know if this can help, but we saw it.

Sometimes its worse than others and a fact of unpacking of 'possible' thing is worse when there is a higher load of traffic through the adapter as a download. The same tested in installing linux and he continued to work without problems.

    Advice appreciated ideas.

  • Wireless connection works intermittently

My connection with my BT home hub wireless keeps defaults to "local access only".   When I contacted BT, they do not have to fix it by using remote access to my computer (I have an ethernet connection that disturbs that works).  They say it must be the fault of VISTA and that it is a common problem with VISTA users.  I have an old Windows XP Home Edition which I use is no longer on the desktop, with which it was supplied.  Should I uninstall my Windows Vista and install the old edition of XP?  Or is there another solution?

    Hello

I have a lot of computers running Vista and they have no problem connecting with wire (I'm not a lucky guy, there are millions more just lucky that I am).

That said, this does not mean that you are not specific to a problem involves the configuration of your computer. But this isn't a general problem as «Vista cannot do well with wireless»

Check the IP address of the wireless card and you will probably find that it is 169.xx.xxx.xx, or another no functional IP.

Your wireless card is probably not really connected to the BT wireless unit and therefore without Internet.  Thus, the people of BT can nothing remotely and shift the burden elsewhere.

I'm not familiar with BT devices. In my neck "in the Woods" all roads wireless also have the ability to connect with a wire.

Then I begin to establish a connection with a wire (it is much simpler than wireless. When everything works as it should you have a frame of reference that help to take care of the radio.

  • Wireless mouse stops screensaver to run on Windows XP Professional

I have a Dell Optiplex 745 with Windows XP Professional SP3 and Pentium D 820, 3 GB DDR2.  When I have a wired mouse to the system, the screen saver works very well.  However, when I use a wireless Microsoft Mouse (instead of the wired mouse) the screen saver does not (the work of the SS preview).  It fails to load up after the required period of time - that this either 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 minutes - no matter how long I put it for)

How can I get the screensaver to work when the wireless mouse is connected?  (The same weight of wireless mouse works fine on Windows 7 and Windows Vista).

I found the problem.  I just need to update the driver.  I have although it updated automatically, but I went to control panel - system - hardware - devices - human interface devices Manager - clicked on each of the three eevices who presented themselves separately - then clicked pilot then put to update driver.  I don't know who has been to the mouse but two could not be updated, and you could.  I guess it was that of the mouse, because it works now.

  • My 2000 wireless optical mouse scroll wheel works intermittently-"mouse sigal is low."

Original title: my 2000 optical wireless mouse scroll wheel works intermittently

I recently bought a set of wireless with an optical mouse wireless 2000, office 100 wireless keyboard and a wireless desktop kit 3.1 receiver. After you have installed the drivers and the Intellitype/point than roulette software of the mouse does not work all the time, for example after clicking on my way in a 80 page PDF manual and long Web page that the wheel seems to not work in one direction, then the other way won't work. I tried new batteries, latest driver bouquet of microsoft site (intellipoint 8.01) moving to the receiver or away to "signal low mouse." Today, however, the mouse is 2-3 feet away from the receiver and it keeps popping up saying ' the mouse sigal is low you want to start the troubleshooter? Yes, I tried this and tried to move the USB without success. Can someone HELP please... Tired of drag and drop

Same problem here, but I found a way to make this work (in fact there are two ways LOL)

-Remove one of the batteries.  Believe it or not, the scroll wheel works perfectly when I remove one of the battery (any).  However, I do not know how long it will last since there isn't that one battery in operation.

    OR

-Remove the lid of dough and remove the batteries.  Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw about 2 rounds (for some reason, I think that it is screwed in too tight).  Replace the batteries and you are or that you set.

I can't guarantee that my methods will still work, but the fact is that it works for me since then.

  • Pro L10: After using a wireless mouse, the touch pad has stopped working

Pro L10. After using a wireless mouse, the built in touch pad has stopped working properly. At the start of the keypad icon touch shows and the touchpad works intermittently, after a few minuets, the icon disappears and the touch pad stops working. In the control panel / mouse & or device drive I can how the program works, then disappears.

I deleted the software and reinstalled nothing doesn't. In some cases, I get a message that a pointer is on.

    Can you help me?

    Hello

It seems that the wireless mouse or mouse wireless drivers/software has a bad influence on the touchpad.
I put t have a good solution for this problem. Well, you can consult the page of the Toshiba driver for latest driver updates. If the updates doesn't solve this problem I suggest to use either the mouse wireless and disable the touchpad with FN + F9 key combination or use a regular USB mouse.
I guess that you are having regular problems with a USB mouse.

    dhruvil28

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

Sorry, but if your talk to get the mouse drivers from HP, what's not at work, such as HP does not include drivers for the hardware not HP.

Have you tried to download the drivers from the manufacturer of the mouse?

You must go to the settings, update & Security-> Windows Update.

Then, choose Advanced-> history to see when the updates have been applied last. If you see one that include device drivers, who might be the problem. So, if you can, you should see if you can restore the drivers that are causing the problem. Do so you by going into Device Manager, see if the device is still listed and so, trying to restore the last driver update.

And if this resolves the problem, then disable future driver updates by using the information in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/48277-driver-updates-windows-update-enable-disable-windows-10-a.html

If the appropriate device adapter is no longer present in the Device Manager, what MIGHT work is something known as a repair installation. It is less destructive of all Windows recovery features and rewrites the Windows system files, leaving your apps, settings and data intact.

To do this, you will need to use the link to the installation media to download Win10 and burn a DVD or create a USB key: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install?ocid=ms_wol_win10

Once you have, follow the instructions in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

    Good luck
