  I had a retina iMac with the R9 M295X for some time now, works like a champ. However, I enjoy playing games on it, and many games on Mac OS actually seems to work only with 2 GB of VRAM. For example, the Steam client detects only 2 GB, all games of the unit detect only 2 GB and now I wonder if it's all Mac OS games only run on that much, given the poor performance in general.

  Even games in Windows 7 are working as expected, detect all 4 GB of VRAM, including steam. But it of a pain in the lower back to restart the whole system when I want to take a break of 20 minutes to play... and then restart again to OSX.

  So my question is what is the problem in OS X, and how can I get all those detect/run on all available VRAM and get the performance I should get?

  It seems that the SW developer is probably through the wrong interface to get hardware information. Can be using an old interface which is compatible with older versions of Mac OS X.

  Go to system-> hardware-> video/monitors-> maps information VRAM and check the system to report.

  I bought 2 x 1024Mo DDR2-RAM for my L20-101.
  First I tried 533 MHz, but the laptop does not work with them, so I bought the
  Version of 667 MHz.
  CPU - Z says that the FSB:DRAM - ratio is 1:2 If the two are in fact run with just 266 MHz.

  I've updated the BIOS with the latest version of the Toshiba-home page, but nothing has changed.

  So finally, my questions:
  1 perhaps CPU - Z is false (I don't think so...), are there any other good programms to check the parameters of memory?

  2. If the values in the program are correct: where can I change the value of the report? Is it possible to see more than a few settings in the BIOS or is it a rider?

  First of all it is important to mention that the Satellite L20-101 supports a FSB of 533 MHz.
  So the DDR2 400/533 256 MB (PA3389U - 1 M 25) and DDR2 400/533 memory modules 512 MB (PA3412U - 1 M 51) should work and are 100% compatible!

  If you use the module of 667 Mhz, it runs only at 533 Mhz due to the limitation of the front side bus.

  In addition, I think you have misunderstood something.
  Here are the modules DD2 and so the CPU - Z recognizes the speed of the modules as 266 MHz (2 x 266 = 532 Mhz)

  I have an audio software called Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio recording, but because of the other system shows and programs that run he drives my lag registration program and jump and does not have a lot.

  • You have an old machine with a slow processor. See below for a measure of performance.
  • Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio places a very high load on the processor. I use WavePad to my sound recording business and its CPU loading is moderate.
  • You have another software, for example a Rolls-Royce antivirus or a firewall that slows down the CPU.

  The key is a utility called 'pom200t1 '.

  You will need the following.

  A floppy disk or if you do not have an external floppy drive, or if you are common sense to be able to boot a file from a CD player.
  You must also WinImage, as all files that you download come as .ima files
  Download pom200t1 - V1.5.zip and pom200t1.zip (if if doesn't work either).

  You can find them here:

  Then follow the instructions on the site I posted before:

  Symptom: CPU remains constantly 598 MHz.

  * Process: *.

  (1) boot in the BIOS. (Press "Esc" during the boot process, before the loading of the operating system, but after having entered your password, if you use the startup password protection).

  2) look under 'Other' category.

  (3) if the motherboard does not have enough information about the CPU, the category 'Dynamic CPU frequency Mode' appear on (you won't see it).

Go to the Toshiba power management / Power Saver Properties and update all of your methods to save power to use technology SpeedStep that you prefer (fixed or automatic) and mount all caps speed processor, or you can go above 798 MHz because cursors will always be to their previous settings (4 or less), while they can now go up to 7. Let me know how you go.
  I have fixed the CPU now just need to find out why my fan only works when I activate it manually!

  You have while loops inside the structure to deal with a constant of false cable to the stop condition. These loops will obviously never stop so browse your outside while loop (containing the case structure) can never.

  This has nothing to do with the FPGA target, the same thing will happen in the development environment.

  99% of the systems should have DVD players, if they were built in the last 5 years or so years - if the system is older than that, there is a good change that it will not be good enough to give a sense running Win7.

  When you insert the DVD in your DVD player... close
  all the windows that can open and then go to... Start /.
  Computer... right click the icon for the DVD player

  First... just try to rename one of the. VOB files to

  This was bugs me for a week now: W2k3 server a customer has a problem to launch a specific scheduled task.

  The task calls first on an application that generates files; Excel is open, then a macro is executed, which saves more than some files; Finally, these files are copied to a UNC path to another server.

  -The permissions on all the files are OK (account used is domain administrator)

  -"Run only if connected" is NOT selected

  -But: Excel displays apparently the first home screen whenever it is opened with this account.

  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

• DISABLE "there is already a file with the same name to this place.

  Window 7. 64 bit. How do you turn OFF DISABLE, CANCEL, DELETE, STOP the pop-up 'MOVE the FILE'?

  As a user since the days of DOS command lines and having had a routine all the way through to XP, this new window is one of the most annoying pop ups for an experienced user. If it isn't a swith toggle check box or an other power selection for this message, there must be. And if there is, you did it quite hard to find.

  The dialog box that appears in Windows 7 that starts with "there is already a file with the same name to this place. It lists then the three choices - "Copy and replace", "Do not copy" and "copy, but keep both files.

  I managed several libraries of forms which oblige me to replace the files throughout my day. I make a copy of the file I replace first of all, for archival purposes and this pop-up box is, well, it's boring. There must be a way to disable.

  This box comes up to move files and to copy the files.

  Any help in these turn off would be appreciated.
