With sound/audio delay

I use a PC Pavilion G6 on Windows 8 and I have problems with sound playback.

I use Youtube regularly to watch videos of YouTube, and when I press on play, it takes about 20 seconds for the sound to work. I thought that it might be Youtube, but I have the same problem on other sites.

Thanks for the information,

I would first do a clean boot on the system. Here is a link with instructions on how to do a clean boot.

How long have you had the question? What web browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.).

Have you tried simply to play a sound in Windows media player? You have the same delay with the playback of the sound right and not video?

  • (HELP) When you export sectors with no audio sound glitches

I have a problem when I have a video and a song and there's a cut at the end of the audio where the video plays without audio. The problem is when the video export audio playback very well until he reaches the part with no audio, once he gets there he plays than spazzes out until the end of the video. I export the audio like this:

    -Format: AAC

    -Sample Rate: 48000 Hz

    -Channels: stereo

    -Audio quality: high

  • Pavilion dv6: Audio delayed 5-10 seoncds

Hey! On May 19, almost a month, I came home from the store and turned my laptop back, to find the audio doesn't sound as high quality as usual. I went into control panel Audio Beats and clicked on 'Listening experience' to see if the Beats Audio has been disabled somehow and when you click on the control panel crashed. I googled this problem and found something that suggested the IDT Audio to uninstall and reinstall. So I did, and it took two or three restarts after the reinstallation of IDT Audio, audio has started working again and seemed normal.

The next morning, I turned my laptop on and recived a message telling me that it was unable to connect to the Service Notification of system events, I googled the problem and tried almost all recommend people solution (that I am able to do at least, also I have not tried to reinstall my OS because I don't want to lose everything). I managed to do so stop giving me the error for about a week, after I found that I had a Linksicle driver and I then uninstalled, done a scan with the free version of Malwarebytes and it had to get rid of all the PUPPY and we found some things, but then a few days ago the modem in our House was to ruin , and as it does that I have reset my laptop and turn it on again, I got the error FEEL new. This happens about 50% of the time I turn on my laptop.

A few days ago, I found the themes service is restarted to bring the Aero theme that fails to appear when I get this error, I'm not too bored it start without Aero theme.

What upset me a lot, that's what this thread is on about. Since I started getting the error SENSE I also get an audio delay of about 5-10 seconds. For example, I open Windows Explorer and start clicking on the various files, and it won't play noise light click until the program was opened for about 10 seconds after I click on a folder. The trash, empty the noise is also approximately 10 seconds fine most of the time. Playing files in Windows Media Player also lasts longer, at least for the first file I play at the opening of the program. If I'm listening to a playlist the next song will begin without delay.

If it was all that is going on I wouldn't bother me too much. I can deal with playing mp3s and late sound Windows Explorer take just a few seconds to start. But this problem is also on the videos. And because I spend a lot of time on my laptop I look at YouTube, it turns out to be very annoying. When I go to a video, it takes about five seconds to start, as opposed to start immediately, as it should. And if I leave a video not suspended for maybe more than 20 seconds, it will give me the YouTube loading circle for about five seconds before starting again. Luckily if I watch a playlist and it goes to the next video, there is no time to leave.

At one point, I decided to try to uninstall and reinstall new IDT Audio, I think a few days before I scanned with Malwarebytes and then after restarting the laptop installed Windows audio in itself, so I have more IDT Audio in my list of programs. I also tried to restart all audio related services in Services.msc this morning to see if there was a solution similar to the restart of the themes bring Aero, but it did not work.

So is anyone know how I could fix this audio delay? Even if it does not completely and it is not that I do whenever I start my laptop as the restart of the themes that's fine. I am really annoyed to have to wait a few seconds every time I have a video paused for more than 20 seconds.

I was discussing this announcement in the operating system and Council of recovery due to the System Event Notification Service error, but since both problems started happening after an audio problem, I figured it belongs here instead.

I've been making event 6281 constantly in my observer of events since the beginning of this problem, the night that I reinstalled IDT Audio. It reads:

"Code integrity determined that the page of an image file hashes are not valid. The file could be incorrectly signed without hashes or corrupted due to an unauthorized change page. Invalid hash values can indicate a potential disk device error.

    ' Name of the file: \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\SRSLabs\{176F4E15-8F7C-4833-ADED-81FAE8CCD186}\slcc3d64.dll ".

Is slcc3d64.dll an audio related thing?

I solved it mine this morning! I uninstalled IDT Audio again and went into the SRSLabs folder in system32, to find these two DLLs and another file, were still there. So, I moved the folder SRSLabs in the Documents so that they don't touch anything and restarted my laptop. Windows has installed its own driver audio, and that solved the problem. I get is more 6281 event in Event Viewer, and the audio delay has disappeared. Audio driver Windows installed on its own sounds just as good as the pilot Audio IDT is also, so I'll stick with it!

I hope that double posting is perfect? I tried to search for a thread of the forum rules and could not find one.

  • Problems with the audio using Hulu on Apple TV

We meet a few important issues in streaming Hulu through Apple TV. The problem is with the audio. When we start a new episode of a television show, frequently, there is no audio data. The audio plays fine during the advertising leading up to the episode, but then he went to the start of the episode itself. Last night, for example, we tried to watch an episode of Casual. No sound. I restarted the same episode 3 times (which meant, annoyingly, I had to attend the same ad 3 times), and each time it was audio at the announcement, but then no sound during the episode. I unplugged Apple TV, wait a minute and plugged in. Choose the same episode and had the same problem.

Before last night, we were sometimes able to get audio on Hulu content, but it is seldom worked without similar problems - there is no audio data, or sometimes there will be audio briefly but then it disappears. We will not experience this problem streaming other services by the Apple TV, such as Netflix, HBO or with iTunes media. Any advice?

It is a second generation Apple TV, purchased in September 2010.

Exactly the same problem with Hulu here on ATV2. Its been like that for months and only getting worse. Also, randomly that it recharges during playback. If you can spend the first few minutes of couple of a show (by the start/stop several times) it will play the rest of the show OK.

  • Active during songs with Beats Audio volume swings?

I recently took a 15-3033CL Envy.  While the audio sounds very good, I'm running a problem with wild volume swings in my music.  At first I thought it was my headset on the ear, so some earphones that I tried.  The problem seems less pronounced, but it came back again.  I've even heard this problem through the laptop speakers.  The music will start at a single volume, increase and reduce on its own.  It's incredibly distracting.  I made sure that I have the latest drivers and even the reinstalled without success.  I wonder if it isn't a software problem at all.  Note: if I disable the Beats, the problem seems calm, but maybe it's because the music is not as full as before and my ears aren't picking up the differences.  I tried to change different EQ presets and use by default.  I even tried a few custom settings, I found from a thread of advice of settings here.  Nothing seems to completely mitigate the issue.  I thought that it may be a problem of low-quality streaming of Pandora, so I tried my mp3s.  The question was always there.  I tried the music I have in format flac.  Less visible, but always there.  If I take these same headphones on my desk, the question isn't here.  The question seems to disappear at high volumes, but those aren't comfortable listening levels.

    So far I have tried:

    Pandora with computer speakers

Pandora with a headset on the ear, skullcandy

    Pandora with skullcandy headphones

Windows Media Player with 256 kbps MP3s with headphones and speakers latop

"Songbird with flac audio at the same time.

I've been using music is hard rock heavy metal.

HP Support Assistant today informed me with updates and one of these updates include a new version of the IDT Audio drivers. It seems that the volume changes are fixed finnally! Thank you HP

  • Satellite U300-13U - iTunes has detected a problem with the audio configuration

Please can someone help me? I have a laptop U300-13U and that you have installed iTunes on it. However, when I open iTunes I get an error message saying 'iTunes has detected a problem with the audio configuration and may not play correctly' which is an understatement - it does not at all!

I uninstalled, reinstalled iTunes and Quicktime, but in vain. I have searched and exhausted the iTunes support boards but have nowhere either. The sound is fine as I can read CDs with no problems at all. The only suggestion I can get is that there may be a problem with the audio device magnet is not Apple and vice versa.

Does anyone have AN idea at all as to what might be going on here? I'm completely out of my depth, I'm just a simple girl who wants to play his music!

    Thank you so much.

    Hello

I don t use iTunes so I m not an expert player but first of all, you must give us some important information:
-What operating system do you use?
-Are you using the factory settings (Toshiba Recovery disk) or your own version of Windows
-Do you have the yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager?

OK, iTunes says that there is an audio configuration problem so do you trying to update the audio driver? If this isn't the case, you should try it.
See the Web from Toshiba site for an update and see what happens. Then validate your result:

  • problems with sound after installing windows 7

My sound/audio does not work on my HP Pavilion dv2023tu notebook after a clean installation of windows XP.

The convenience store said there is a problem with the driver, but I can't find a new driver through windows update, and HP does not either for my model. The device installed on my laptop is called high definition Audio Device. Can anyone help, if not, where can I download the drivers from. It is better to buy driver update software to help locate the right driver?

    Hello

A lot of Vista for Windows 7 drivers, so try the following.

Download the Audio driver from the link below and save it to your desktop.

    FTP://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp34001-34500/sp34387.exe

Once the download is complete, right-click on the Setup program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  If the driver installs successfully, restart the computer and check your audio files.

    Hi MikeMcKayXE,

    ·         What is the brand and model of the computer?

Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

Method 1: Quit other programs that may be using your sound device, and then try to play the file again.

Step 1: Firstly uninstall the audio from the device manager driver and Add / Remove Programs

    a. click Startand then click Control Panel.

    b. click Systemand click on the hardware tab, then click Device Manager.

    c. to the title sound, video and games controller, check the sound card that is listed.

    d. right click on the sound card, and then click Uninstall driver.

Step 2: To see if an updated driver is available, use Windows Update or access the sound device manufacturer's Web site.

Follow these steps to do the same thing:

"Problem with sound recorder" suggests that there may be a problem with your input device.

Open Device Manager (right click on my computer > properties > hardware > Device Manager) and search for "imaging devices". Click on the + to expand the category.  There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

While still in the Device Manager, click on the + next to "Sound, video controllers and game."  Locate the entry of your webcam microphone. There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

Take a look at control panel > sounds and Audio devices

Click on the tab "Audio".  What is the default device for sound recording?  It should be your webcam; If this is not the case, adjust it using the drop-down list box.  Same thing for the "Voice" tab and the default device for voice recording.  Be sure to click on the "Apply" or the OK button.

Click Start , point to programs , point toAccessories , point to entertainment and then clicksound recorder .  That you get error messages when you open or you try to open the sound recorder? If so, please include the entire message, without paraphrase, in your response.

  • The external speakers with bluetooth audio playback stops working after 20 minutes

I have a bar of his JBL SB200 with support bluetooth and when I'm playing audio to it from my laptop (Sony Vaio) or my phone (Nokia Lumia) it works fine. • Sansa Clip + Player ignores the titles with sound of frying after the last firmware update

    Hello

My Sansa Clip + tracks audio playback stopped (same mp3 files it used to always play) after I updated to firmware 1.02.18A.

The player jumps just all tracks with sound of frying one after the other.  No longer play.

    What's wrong??

Is it possible to fix it?

Is it possible to revert to the original firmware version 1.02.15 that worked well?

    Well,.

I don't know what the problem actually was, but certainly it's associated BONE.
I'm at home in my Windows 7 and everything works perfectly now.

The problem I experienced was at work, where I have Windows XP SP3 OS.

On Windows 7 home, I copy the MP3 files in MSC mode and don't play them no problem at all.

Driver to work on Windows XP may be defective or unsuitable for copy files correctly on the drive using the MSC mode.

I do not know. At least, everything works fine now.

P.S. The funniest is that tech support lady told me that my drive is ruined and it is absolutely impossible to fix.

She also said that it is impossible to install the previous version of firmware absolutelly and that it not there no previous version of the firmware available more she also said that the only way to "solve" the problem is for me to buy a new player

    Everything just great!

  • HP ProBook 430 G2: Helmets with Sockets audio combo?

My G2 430 ProBook comes with an input jack audio combo. I can not connect normal headphones with two plugs (one for sound out and another for the sound in). Can I connect a USB headset, but there is not a lot of available USB headsets and they are usually more expensive also.

I wonder if there are helmets equipped with combined catches? I searched but could not find one. It is amazing that no one make these helmets because most laptops these days, come with unique audio jack. How do people get it? They use USB headsets?

    Hello

All the helmets must be able to use jack combo. They have the following connectors (for microphone and headphones).

If you want to use them separately, please try a machine slitter (green for headphones and Pink/Purple for micro):

There are to many helmets specially for Skype autour
