I turned off (removed software) veriface and so it cannot use the webcam - or what I can? Is it possible to activate or use the camera as a webcam? Do I need a driver or software any?

I have a Blackberry Curve 9300 3 phone. Until recently my camera was working fine that is the camera takes pictures. But recently I can't take pictures. I can access the camera screen I can zoom in I can see old photos but when I click on the camera icon to take a photo there is no flash and no picture is taken (as a video of tmy note side works fine)
Any ideas of what can be the problem? Also is it a good idea to remove the battery to fix the problem and if I did so will alll my similar memos, contacts etc. be erased?

removing the battery may fix some glitches on the phone but it clear files from the DOE.

Please answer a few questions to refine the question.
1. are you referring to photo App? What is the situation when you launch photo App?
2. do you receive any error messages?
3. What is the brand and model of the laptop?
As you said that you were able to work with the camera when using Skype app, there is a problem with the permission of the camera app to use the construction in camera.
If the camera application opens, then follow the steps mentioned below:
a. press Windows + C on your keyboard to open the bar of charms.
b. Select the settings option.
c. Select permissions .
d. snap it allow this application to access to your: Webcam and Microphone option.
e. close the application by pressing Alt + F4 on your keyboard.
f. open the camera app and check the results.If the problem persists, then I suggest you to run Windows 8 Troubleshooting App to diagnose and resolve the problem.

- What version of Photoshop installed on your computer?
- Also, please go to the Photoshop preferences, then the performance tab.
- Here please click Advanced under 'Use Graphics Processor' settings and change the mode of drawing on 'Basic '.
- Also uncheck "Open CL"
- Restart Photoshop and then try to open an image and see for the boxes.

I had sound problems with the speakers on an HP Ultrabook running Windows 8. Sometimes the laptop speakers stop working. When this happens, I go to control panel > sound, speakers (one set to select), select Configuration and Test. After selecting the Test, I get the message device in use. The camera is used by another application. Please close all units are audio playback on this device, and then try again. I went to the properties for the speakers, the Advanced tab and unchecked option "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device." I also used the term sndvol to try to determine the application, but it only shows the device: speakers / HP and Applications: System sounds.The only way I could get the speakers to work is to restart or turn off and turn on the pilot for the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. Does anyone know how to determine the application causing the problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

The blue square is the area of the camera is in point and exposure on.
Tap on the area actually taking a picture of. For example, if you take a photo of someone int eh the room and the bottom is very light (or dark), tap on the face of the person to turn to that.

I did some research and a file ending with .odg is an OpenDocument Document OpenOffice/StarOffice (Ver 2) of graphics by Sun Microsystems, Inc. This means that in order to open this file, you will need this program to open it. You will not be able to open this file with Vista.
