• Word 2007 does not print envelopes

  Using a HP Officejet Pro 8500 a network and the two latest drivers, do not print envelopes from a Windows Vista laptop or a desktop computer 7. Whether you use remittances. Envelopes dialog box or the impression to the separate envelope in the document page, do not print envelopes. Word and all other programs print OK. Address police is Arial, the color is automatic, envelopes feed themselves properly, I tried on the right, the left orientation and in the Center. I get a pass on the diagnosis of HP and Microsoft. Anyone know what is wrong, or what else can I try?

  I would suspect Word 2007 because the office is new, 2007 recently installed thereon, and Word 2003 on the old office printed envelopes with 8500 printer. But the laptop was 2007 since the release, and it printed envelopes on a Deskjet 6980 networking that is temporarily out of service. All programs Microsoft and HP are automatic updates.

  corectly identify the parameter required in preferences! Paper/quality must be the size of envelope.

• DeskJet 3050 a. prints from scan, but when I try to print from excel or word it does not print.

  I can print scan form but when I try to print a document from either Excel or word (Windows 7) the printer seems to work but the paper comes out blank.

  If you have been able to print to the device before, then please try to open the wizard of HP printer (under the start menu-> HP-> HP Deskjet 3050 series).  Once there, under maintain your printer, try printing a Diagnostics Page just to confirm the connection works.

• Text in black does not print

  HP6510 blocked by elderly neighbour printer: removed from the jam and I tried test print from QUICKEN. Color printed but black would not. I tried text printing of the WORD that does not print. Tried again in color that worked. Ran all controls on the screen including cleaning, align etc and tried to print the report... still no black. Installed new cartridge and checked for bent parts or tightening (found nothing), but got the same results with the same tests (several times).

  Is there something unique about BLACK?   Stock replacement cartridges are more valuable than the printer itself.

  Can someone point me in the direction of correction? Yes, I suppose I asked you to tell me where to go.

  PROBLEM SOLVED!

  Cleaning cycle which has not corrected the problem ran previously. Removed all cartridges and reconnect firmly.

  Although this was the second try on this solution, sounded an audible 'click' when the black cartridge has been reinserted.

  I see you are trying to print web pages of a tablet of Surface. What model printer you are trying to print to? Also, is there an error, message, etc., when you try to print?

  In general, ePrint is used when printing emails or transmission of documents / photos to the printer address, is the next how you try to print a web page?

  Since it is a Windows 8 operating system, you can be able to install the full features software and print that way. When I know more about how you want to print, what happens when you try and which printer you are using, I will be able to help.

  I recently downloaded some fonts that I wanted to use to make my own wedding guest.  However my printer does not print these fonts.  It will print other Word documents with Word fonts. Can someone explain why?

• My printer does not print the words.

  I have a HP Photosmart.  My operating system is Mac OS X 10.6.8 version.  I woke up this morning and my printer does not print the words, only the outlines of the text boxes.  It's the same thing on my other computer that is running Windows XP.  I changed the ink cartridges.  When I ran the alignment he printed the blue boxes around the page and black boxes on the right and left sides.  I also printed the word IMPORTANT! but that's all.  I ran a print quality Test and it printed blue, red and yellow stripes horizontally and vertically, thin and thick, "BOLD" and vanish.  He also printed them in parentheses and nothing in the parenthenses.  I uninstalled the printer on my Mac and reinstalled.  I got all the updates also.  This did not help.  I tried to get the updates for the printer by using the application update on the printer, but he said that none was necessary.  Help, please.

  Thanks for your concern, but I threw the thing in the trash.  It was one of your printers 'free' which uses a very expensive ink.  We have collected these printers over time so I opened one I got "free" last month.  I hope it lasts over a year.  Will you be playing with programming and I need a new driver soon for this one also?  Sorry to appear cynical, but at the moment I don't have any different attitude to the project.  I am informed that I will need a new driver for the operation of our other printer and I don't understand what was wrong with the old driver.  We did nothing.  It should work!  I just want to print, words!

• I can't have printer to print emails from direct mail, but it does not print attachments

  I have a Toshiba Tecra M9 with Windows 7 Pro installed. I have also a double configuration works very well.
  I use Live Mail on both and last week installed Office 2010. Everything worked fine
  with the HP Laserjet P1102w but the configuration of my wife with the series (Netrwork) Photosmart HP 5510
  would not print directly from Live Mail. Accessories including HTMs) print very well but the plain text
  directly from Live Mail does not print. Print commands do not come to the top. I rebooted Live Mail.
  Advice would be appreciated.

  @anna1943, you should be able to press Ctrl + P to display the print settings.

  Click Advanced.

  Check the print as Image option.
