I had to call them to find out they were going to deliver the next day. So far it seems to be fixed, Windows has not frozen since.

  However, now, little more than a month after I bought this laptop from professional quality, I noticed that, on his return, the USB 3.0 port (as long as this port) and the webcam does not work.   Have you tested this with Toshiba configured OS?
  It would be interesting if Windows 7 would get the same problems, recognizing the USB 3.0 and the webcam

  I had a similar error message and might solve this problem by disabling startup webcam software.
  In msconfig-> Start Up tab I have disabled the Chicony webcam software.
  This prevents automatic loading.
  I don t use MSN but Skype and the Chicony webcam software is always off (unsigned) if Skype is running.

  Maybe you should try that too.

  In addition, you can try this:
  Go to Device Manager, mark the webcam (peripheral video imaging peripheral USB) and removed from the list of devices.
  Then restart the laptop and wait until the webcam is recognized again.

• Keyboard not working external plus-clavier USB is fine

  My laptop has a blue screen and the keyboard no longer works, I plugged the external keyboard and re - install the windows, now half of the buttons are working and dosent half.

  I wonder has the kyboard damaged, I'm not sure if I replace the keyboard this will work?

  are there settings in the bios or any utility can solve the problem, could someone please advise?

  On this virtual path no one can say with certainty what the problem, but if the internal keyboard is not working properly the first step is replacement of keyboard. If the problem persists then troublemaker can be keyboard or keyboard controller port.

  Ive solved the problem. I had to disable the key mode in the bios and it worked after. Bluetooth is another problem windows update installed a new driver who caused problems after a reinstall of windows (just delete driver has not worked for me) and by the use of hp, it worked.

  The BIOS usually contain an option to enable and disable the internal webcam.
  Go to the BIOS by pressing F2 and then check if the webcam is enabled.
