• Horizon Workspace Windows client unnecessary synchronization errors

  Client Windows Workspace horizon shows me useless and incorrect synchronization errors, this happens usually when I copy several new files in my folder of the Horizon.   In this case synchronization error message is caused by the directory entry itself, but all files sync very well. These errors must be cleaned automatically if the customer's re - synchronizes and he succeeds, current behavior causes a lot of confusion among end users and it will result in unnecessary calls to the help desk.   From the workspace 1.5 I no longer see problems of synchronizing with the Windows client, so that this problem has been fixed.

• Adobe Media Encoder - cannot create workspace folders

  I'm on a new macbook pro system using creative cloud. I use Premiere Pro and tried to open TEA, but every time, it says "cannot create workspace folders." I tried trashing preferences and no luck. Also I did the cloud cleanser and re-installed Premiere Pro several times and no luck. Any help to operate would be great.

  

  Set the permissions for the entire Preferences folder and its content to not be writable, read-only.

  Mac OS incorrectly sets permissions for many read-only folders, causing problems of this kind.

• Incorrect web server is listed and cannot create EPMA planning App

  I tried to create a first application of EPMA planning but unable to continue because it lists the incorrect web server.

  Intended has been installed on the box 5 and box 2. Currently web server list box 5 instead of update box (2).

• Not able to connect to the workspace.

  We use Essbase 9.3.1.2 and when I try to connect to the Hyperion workspace I get error * "you must provide a valid user name and password to log on to the system in the hyperion workspace."
  I am able to connect in essbase and shared services with success. I also checked the amount foreseen for the admin user and I have given all sufficient access to the BI title +. Can anyone of you let me know what needs to be done.
  
  I also tried to connect to https:// < Servername > / workspace/browse/configInfo

  The configuration of your workspace are may not be incorrect. normally, these errors are fixed by re-deployment of the component of the slightest error by using the configuration utility - workspace in your case...
  Of course, if it's the production, you can open a SR with Oracle.

• Problem in opening up financial reports from the workspace using a normal user id

  We have recently migrated from version 9.3.1 (32-bit) to Oracle EPM 11.1.1.3 version (64-bit) and have a major problem with financial reports:
  
  * User who is configured as an administrator for the purpose of planning or reporting and analysis administrator can access a financial report to the workspace without any problem.
  
  * a normal user who is configured as a viewer, Explorer, analyst, editor of personal settings (under reporting and analysis) can see the POV and NOT the report. The report is just empty.
  
  * If a group (say A) is assigned 'administrator reporting and analysis' and 'Request for trust' and a normal user is assigned to this group, the user can then access the financial report with no problems. But we don't want to do coz:
  
  The normal user gets access to access shared services
  The user also gets see all other records and reports in the workspace to which he has no access to. The reports that are not in its right of access using the incorrect data gives.
  If the reports and analysis administrator privilege is removed from Group A and NOT 'Trusted Application', existing users in the group can still see the reports to which they have access to (with other documents to which they do not have access to). But if a new user is created from scratch and added to this group, it gets again a report empty with POV.
  
  
  Please let me know if anyone has experienced this problem and found a work around.

  It drove me crazy. The minimum amount of access I could give users was Bishop content rights so that they are able to run the reports.

  I connected it with Oracle and they finally gave me with the solution.
  Bug # if you are interested is 8991596, but I think it is unprecedented.

  WARNING: I highly recommend that you talk with support and mention this bug number before executing this SQL.
  This code worked for me and I don't have problems after running it but I ran this on a first test environment. I accepts no responsibility if your environment explodes etc etc!

• Locate the temporary workspace on a MacBook Pro

  Hello-

  I have a MacBook Pro bought recently which has been partitioned in Mac OS and Windows. By running software on the Windows side, I realized that I don't know how to locate the temporary workspace on this machine. In other words, on a Windows PC, there are files named 'Local Settings' and 'Temp' in which is placed a temporary storage.

  Where are their analogues on a Mac, how are they appointed and how to find them?

  Under/Users, there is a directory with your name. There is a whole/private directories, which are usually used for temporary work space. Is there a specific reason/question looking for files/directories?

• SUM IS INCORRECT

  I have a worksheet and the SUM function gives the wrong number. It's really dangerous because I need precision.

  I deduced that there is a single cell, that it fails to include in the sum, even if the cell is selected.

  I click on the cell, I want to add to the column, then press = and then select the column. The sum is incorrect and fails to add one of the cells

  Why?

  It is so irritating and so dangerous that I need clarification on this sheet of numbers. Never had this with excel.

  without details, it is difficult to guess.

  Often, the cell is not the same as the other somehow.  Maybe it's in text format, or there's a funny character in the cell.  Try to copy the data to a new table in a new document to check the results.

  If you can validate the data, then we can try too.

  2. indicator indicates the value ~ 10%, but then when it is plugged in charge indicator of cable past at 30%.

  I see that when people are complaining about this preliminary response was to "upgrade to iOS 9.3 +'-well, which obviously does not work for me." I would like to have an indicator that represents the amount of battery life I have left.

  The address of the map and driving directions in IOS devices 3/4 Ave., Almena, WI 54805 continues to be incorrect in Apple Maps to 369 12.  We have presented more than 15 applications over the past 4 years to this fixed and submitted two photos geocoded with delivery address and Barron County, WI property and survey records of SIG showing the right address but this remains unclear.  On an IOS device, if you enter the address 369 12 3/4 Ave., Almena, WI 54805 map will take you to the correct location on the map, but the map shows an address of 369 12 3/4 Ave., Turtle Lake, WI 54889.  And if you have driving directions to 369 12 3/4 Ave., Almena, WI 54805 that will correctly identify the map take you somewhere 369 S 4th Ave, Alpena, MI 49707, 500 miles.

  Apple is not regularly monitor the discussions. These are mostly a user in discussions.

  Send feedback to Apple. They will not respond, but at least know that there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it can get change / suggested the problem solved as soon as possible.

  I received a message after trying to add my card to pay Apple and once I pushed next to add a message came and said

  'your transmitter does not offer support for this card' has anyone else had this problem? Or went to their bank? I went to my Bank and talked to my banker, and she told me that they were on a waiting list to get on Apple pay! Could this be why it does not work? It then I hate my Bank so badly! I can not even use my card on itunes

I have 'share my location' with my husband and this day there, he checked my position and it showed that I was about 1 to 1 1/2 miles away at a park (I've never been to). I was home at the time and wifi may have been down, but I can't understand why it was closed so far.

  If there is no wifi, cellular service (I have Verizon) would not in the correct location? I even checked the location history on my phone and it me House shows during this period and shows the whole story to that area of the Park? Which would be so far off the coast?

  If the phone can't get a current location due to the Internet being down, or in the case that the reception is not good enough to triangulate your location using nearby cell towers, the nearest known position will be displayed. If there is a cell tower near this park, it could also be stated as your position until your appliance again to a new location or the quality of the signal is still improving.
