World of Blackberry blackBerry 10 does not work after 10.0.10.82

My BlackBerry world (on my Z10) does not work after the update of 10.0.10.82.

Did a complete reset to factory default, still unable to open the world of BlackBerry.

However the device is able to receive applications when I send the request via the BBB web site by computer

Got a solution form "ukmight".

This is probably due to a problem with the app update. Workaround BB music should correct the having problem. Go to the music of BB. Press the three points and the world blackberry selet. Go to My World and them my Apps and check the updates. After that, the app world should operate normally.

    Hi everyone, just a quick update: it turns out that it's a problem/bug BlackBerry already know and are trying to solve. There was an update from 01/09/16 for the Contacts app, but it doesn't seem to work when I installed the update. Workaround that I was advised to use in the meantime is as follows:

    • Deselect auto-updated option on Play store -in the game store, tap 3 horizontal lines in the 'search' box to set up your account > settings > auto-update apps > not auto-implementation update app
    • Contacts to revert to the version of factory default - settings > Apps > select Contacts and then:
    1. Click on clear Cache
    2. Press Force
    3. Press on uninstall updates
    4. Press OK when you are prompted to do so
