Wrong country profile on the payment Page

I tried to make a payment for a membership except entire creative cloud, and on the payment page, it lists my profile/account as the wrong country and I am unable to fix this despite research support or help everywhere.

How can I change the country so that I can make the payment for it?

    The country of your Adobe ID is the India, so you can't make a purchase from US store.

    The type of card is not a mandatory option for the order form work. You can remove it and place an image of the cards excepted, if your merchant provider except Discover it's all you need.

    For your second question, Yes. Simply place the form in the order_registration page, not to a module.

    I'm trying to set up my Windows App Store billing payment method, but my country appears as in the United States, the problem is that I'm in the Canada.  This field does not seem to be available for editing and so I can't set up a method of payment.  How can I change this?

    Change your location to the Canada in the region in the Panel, if it is not set. There is another parameter in the PC settings, privacy that allows applications to determine your location. Turn off if your area has already been set to the Canada in the Panel. Some errors have been reported at the location determination.

However when I try and go to Paypal the shippingAddress fields are reported in Paypal billing information instead (you would think) the billingAddress news?

    Shipping address and billing go against the order, not CRM entry.

    Billing address modules fill IF you have had a previous command (this is where they get data), I hope that clarifies for you.

  • Customer account information do not fill in the payment process

    First of all, THANK YOU in advance for any help troubleshooting this - I'm quite into the weeds.

    I took a Business Catalyst site that was abandoned by a different designer/management company at a stage incomplete, so will try it is true that clean a mess someone else at this stage.  Most of the kinks is worked, except for one: registration/recovery customer information.

    What's worked:

    -Implementation of a protected area for customers to create a profile, log in and see order info

    -Bind the connection information for the ordering process so that clients can use these login details to proceed to the payment page (some of) their informaiton already popuplated

    What does not work:

    -Conservation and population of the billing address information.  It is not save billing address for the original registration page information, or the information page (in which they can update their account details) and then (obviously) isn't filling to the form of payment page.  It is, however, keep and populating the name, email, company name and telephone number of those same forms fields.

    On the page the customer registration (step 1), the billing address fields are included in the form, as follows:

    Only, you do not change all at home. Look at the modules availible from the link I provided for the home, address entire _home etc. exactly how they are. If this information is out there in the CRM for this customer, and they are connected, then they show completely.

    It will probably depend on the web site and the configuration of the profile.

    But generally your profile on your website will be an option "Edit profile" shown once you have logged in, and from there, you can usually change your profile picture (called an Avatar).     If you want to use your own jpg, it must conform to requirements (sometimes specified as an array of special size) sites and then just click the button transfer. Then navigate to your required image.
