  You just add the header and call the function as you would normally call a C in C++ function.

  You will need to provide clarification as to what you are trying to accomplish.  In its current form it looks like you want to run C code in an application of cascades.  You are more that welcome to do so, there is nothing to stop you.

  Waterfalls of projects are default C++ projects.  You do not even need to use QML and can do everything straight c++.

  Cascades IS C++ and C and C++ get along very well, so the answer that was given to us.

  We cannot give exmamples because all you need to do is create a new project of cascades in the IDE and it will generate the default files for you who are C++.  Just add your headers and other whatnot and start coding.

• As a router WRT54GS cascading with IP fixed address block

  I read several threads on the routers in cascade and the Knowledge Base, but none seems to fix my script with a router with fixed IP address block.

  My current setup is an ADSL circuit with a block of 8 fixed IP addresses. Of them the first xx.xx.xx.137 is assigned to interface the router, the second xx.xx.xx.138 for the router itself WAN xx.xx.xx.139/140/141/142/143 leaving as usable IP addresses. Connected to the ADSL circuit is that a D-Link DSL-G604T router with NAT disabled to allow IP addresses to be assigned to my web servers and ftp. Of course, DHCP is disabled on the LAN interface.

  Unfortunately, the transmitter wireless on this router is defective so I would my Linksys WRT54GS (Firmware v1.50.6) D-Link router cascade so that I can use it (with active DHCP) as a point of access for multiple wireless devices.

  This thought through to logically I've named WAN 54GS with one of the xx.xx.xx.140 to static IP address available, a subnet mask 255.255.255.248 and the door entry xx.xx.xx.138. I left the LAN settings like the beach 192.168.1.xxx and DHCP active. I then connected the interface WAN of the 54GS to one of the LAN connections on the D-Link with a straight ethernet cable.

  I can connect to the admin 54GS via a direct ethernet connection and wireless interface but not to the internet.

  I can ping that is the xx.xx.xx.140 of the interface wan of the 54GS since a laptop computer connected wireless but not the IP address of the gateway of the network xx.xx.xx.138. D-Link router.

  Am I missing some other settings in the router. Especially in the routing section advanced? I guess that the device must be set to a router rather than the bridge, but if there are parameters of dynamic routing?

  Just thought I would update this post. I tried from you suggestions, but to no avail. The frustration I did a hard reset of the router D-Link and set it up again from scratch and... Hey presto it now works.

  I can only think that there may have been some settings left from when the router has been initially implemented for Nat and I had configured port forwarding. In any case it now works OK then thank you very much for your answer.

  I have a LOV cascade which depends on two elements of parents, who works as expected. When two parent elements have values then the LOV cascading is populated with the appropriate values.

  I have the following situation, if. The elements of two parents are not always visible. According to an another page element (e.g. product code), one or the other Parent may be hidden (using JavaScript).

  The list of values for the LOV cascading is dynamic, so that part is ok

  I have finally found a workaround.

  I created a dynamic action and that page_item was hidden I put this element with a default value and the works of lov cascading.

  You can simulate this.  First of all, to export a signed release.  To click directly on your project, choose export-> BlackBerry-> Release Build.  The BAR file should appear in your project in the folder that you selected in the name of the file with the version of the app.  Right click on this bar file and choose BlackBerry-> Install.  This will install a signed release on your device.

  Then, to increment the version number in your application and follow the same process above to install the new version.

  I think store all lists and identify them by ID, perhaps, in this way:

  It is possible to dynamically create objects and dialogue, as well as of the data within the json object...

  What I mean by item ID is the ID of the element in your dialog box, such as DS1, LST2, LST3... but it cannot be LST10, is too long, the dialog box will not interpret the ID because of its length

  What I want to say to the good conditions in the initialize event, is when the event initialize when the user selects an item in the first list, you call, you will have to do if statements with variables in behind to guide the behavior of the dialog box to display the lists and data you want exactly want to display.

  I use APEX 4.0 on 10g.
  
  I have 2 LOV, the second, based on the first.
  One displays null as 'null' % values to display all rows back.
  
  When I select a value from the first LOV (except 'null'), the second is updated with the correct values: it works.
  But when I select the value 'null', the second list is empty, rather than be filled with all the values.
  
  The second LOV based on the first request (P3_FILTRE_AREA_NAME):

  Hi Yann,

  You must set * "Optimize Refresh" = No * regarding your second select list P1_ACC_NAME. If you do that it will work.

  I also suggest to change your list of first selection P1_AREA_NAME to

  Display null value: "- show all xxx -" (without the quotes)
  "Return NULL value:" (without the quotes)

  and the declaration of LOV your second selection P1_ACC_NAME list to

  select distinct(VALUE1) display_value, VALUE1 return_value
  from TABLE WHERE upper(VALUE2) LIKE nvl(upper(:P1_AREA_NAME), '%')
  order by 1
  

  I think this makes it more transparent by looking at the SQL statement what happens where nothing has been selected. It is also more pleasant that P1_ACC_NAME is set to null if you need to access this page element in the continuation of the procedure on your page.

  I have a plugin Select2 Setup like a multiple-selection list.

  I have a second Select list that is configured as a page item list select Standard.

  I try to have the second element of the page list select Standard like a waterfall LOV based on the plugin Select2, so when one or the values are selected in the plugin Select2 I want the list item select Standard to hold the values based on the plugin Select2.

  The Standard selection list has the Parent article (s) as the plugin Select2 LOV waterfall and the query made reference to the plugin Select2.

  Since the plugin Select2 likes the selection list Standard may not Submit/redirection is why my list select Standard is not get the values. I tried to put a dynamic Action to requery the list select Standard when the plugin Select2 is changed, but looks like there is no case of "onchange" of the plug-in.

  Can someone help me to get this set up?

  I faked your question on an instance of APEX 4.1 and I managed to make it work as follows:

  Remove the dynamic action of one of my previous posts. Use the following dynamic action:

  -Event: Change [Select2]

  Add two real actions:

  -Action: Execute the PL/SQL Code

  -PL/SQL Code: apex_util.set_session_state ('P6_DEP',: P6_DEP);

  The definition of LOV's P6_EMP is based on a PL/SQL function that returns a query as a string.

  You have to be able to use an element of selection mode multiple select2 to dynamically filter the values in your resource item.

  I am trying to create a couple of LOVs. The first is a list of manufacturers, the second a list of items. Essentially, when you select a manufacturer from the first LOV you will see their articles in the second LOV.
  
  I had a look through the forum and I think I have a handle on how to make a waterfall... except LOV...
  
  I would like users to have the ability to enter a NEW manufacturer and a NEW element if necessary and have this combination, then saved in the source table.

  Browsers is not the drop-down list box functionality that you would find in something like MS Access. You could try autocomplete - see [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=31517:53] - but you would have to search all the entries (the field only would focus on the display text and not the ID of the element, which would have to be searched every time).

  I want to say that you should be able to trust your users to not create duplicates. I want to say this, but... ;)

  I have three paintings; semester, subject and half of subject. Each semester has a lot of topics and a subject can be taught in several semesters.

  There are two selection lists at the top of the report, one for the half and the other for the subject.

  What I try to do is when you select a semester in the half selection list, the topic selection list should contain only the subjects for the half of some (not all) in the subject of the painting.

• Configuration WRT310N problem

  Just got a new WRT310N (V2) router yesterday and have it configured.  Seems to work fine except for a power cycle required this morning second day, not a good sign, we'll see).

  in any case, the printed manual means power set 20 MHz, 40 MHz, or Auto for wireless "channel width.  What I see is only 2 choices, 20 MHz. and 'Do Auto'... no choice 40 MHz...

  I would like to see a selection of 40 MHz., should I see it?  I tried to only set "N" instead of "mixed" for the choice of the Protocol and still has not seen a single choice of 40 MHz...

  Anyone can check if I should see the 40 MHz setting.?  How about you how could I achieve this?  My router came with the latest firmware, version 12.

  Good, we call Linksys, technical support.  The person told me that this change is due to a change in the specification n wireless, the router is supposed to now "select the best channel", without any help from the user.

  Interesting, let's see how it works.  If it works with my wireless router (WRT54GS) g the WRT310N cascaded so that I can have a network only (faster) on the WRT310N n and a network on the WRT54GS so g-only, I will be very happy.

• bit of banging with NOR-8451

  Hi all!

  So I have a Board that has two 12-bit DAC (LTC1257). They are cascaded with the doubt of a DAC in the din of the other. So, basically, I need to switch to 24 bits to get my two voltages output analog 12-bit. I tried to use the script of writing SPI API with some success, but there are times where my output voltages have no sense and I think it's because the timing is not always right. Therefore, I want to try some good old fashioned bit - banging on the OID of the NOR-8451 lines and see if it works. Deadlines for the DAC are attached, which I am trying to imitate with 3 lines of DIO. One for the clock, one for the DAC data for the LOAD line. However, I have a problem syncing of all signals for a schedule just as it should. I don't know if I'm limited due to hardware or if I just do it the right way.

  My code (LV 2011) and also a JPEG of my code is attached. I tried several ways, but the best I have so far is running 2 loops at the same time, a loop for clock and data and the other for the outbreak of my load line (which is not very accurately). If I run a signal at a time and check my reach, the signal seems ok, but when I try to run 2 or 3 signals at the same time, the timing of the signals get funky on the scope, which makes me think it could my hardware that cannot follow. Any advice on how I should approach this would be greatly appreciated!
