It's a scam. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges claiming that the program is a computer infection.
This is what is called usually "fake security software." See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_security_software basically, it infects your computer and displays erroneous warnings of other infections and then you said to buy something that removes his own erroneous warnings.
Your computer is now infected. Check out this guide to remove the virus: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-internet-security-2011

What antivirus and malware is most suitable for XP?
OK, I was able to get both of my computers to the top and working again. I always try to understand, what combination of anti-Virus and Malware is most suitable for XP. I have the family and professional edition. Service Pack 2. Thank you
"
Regardless of which version of Windows you are running, for a
antivirus, I recommend eSet NOD32, if you're ready
to pay for it. If you want a free anti-virus, I recommend one (are not
run several) of the following three:
Avira AntiVir
Avast
Microsoft Security Essentials
You have also the anti-spyware software. I recommend that you download and
(both freeware) to install MalwareBytes AntiMalware and
SuperAntiSpyware.Ken Blake (MS-MVP).
Microsoft security essentials is antivirus and antispyware product. no need for a separate anti-spyware software.
Microsoft security essentials is the best option.

Hello
· Are you can change the Security Center service parameter by using a different user account on the computer?
I suggest you to make sure that Windows Defender is running. Follow the below mentioned articles and check.
Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to configure the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.
Method 2: If the method above is not enough, then I suggest refer you the link try the steps and check if that helps:
How to perform an upgrade on the spot on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2008 R2

Note:
You can back up data to an external hard drive and no CD. It is essential to back up data even if you do an upgrade on the spot.

Prevent installation of malware
Hello
Twice in the last week, I visited a site and the next thing I know that zonealarm question whether access should be granted to an exe! I picked up xp antivirus 2011 malware, simply by clicking on a link from google.
To remove scan takes about 4 hours. At the time when firefox came first, a sales feature was that it wouldn't install the software in your system without your permission. This seems not have now been circumvented and I would be grateful if someone could give me advice on what I should do to prevent what is happening a third time?
