  If there are problems with the implementation at day then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and remove the Firefox program folder to remove all remaining files.

  Last night around 20:00 I watched a video without problem, Youtube closed my browser and did other things for a while. When I got home at about 22:00 and tried to watch another video, the video suddenly stopped a few seconds, gave me "an error occurred" then suddenly the video began again to the place he stopped but now it was a small hook to the start/stop point (see attached image).   I have windows 7 installed in my computer. I'm not very tech savvy and don't know why, but the computer continues to stop and then hesitating and eventually go back to the top while I am browsing through Facebook or other Web sites. The computer is not shut down it's just sort of freezes. Also, I got messages saying that "pages do not react. I tried troubleshooting from my control panel and it worked once. It detected the problem corrected, and my computer was quick again. Now, it's back to frost up and such. I tried to resolve yet and that is to say 'no problem not detected '. This is why I post here. Again, I am not tech savvy so I have no idea what to do.  The other time the computer (when I did the first troubleshooting), I first called my cable company where I have my modem and wifi. Everything on their end was perfect. No problem there.  They suggested I have delete my browsing history. I did it. Nothing. It's still (once again) slowing down, freezing and eventually go back to the top.

  I'm on OSX 10.10.5 (I think) at least, I use EL Capitan. I can't tell the exact version, because my computer does not start correctly. The software is installed on an I mac for some time around mid-2011.

  The day began like any other day. I turned on the computer. Opens the web browser and lightroom. All of a sudden my screen turned gray and my second was a line downwards in the Middle, almost as if two screens of office have been posted on a monitor. Screens flashed several times with some funky patterns and then the system restarted with a carillon.

  My normally reliable Designjet 510 suddenly started having problems printing: it starts to print my drawings, no problem, but it suddenly stops and just print head 'crashes' and no longer print.  He sometimes starts from the beginning of printing, he sometimes almost at the end of the drawing before it stops, but he can't seem to finish the print job.  The printer does not display an error message, it still shows that it is printing, but no matter how long I leave, it will not at the end of a drawing.   I'm on Microsoft Windows 10 - there was a hiccup when I upgraded Windows, but after reinstalling the printer driver, it seems to work again no problem.  I'm tearing my hair out (and lose large amounts of paper) trying to get anything to print!  Pointers would be welcome.

  Hello, I use a wireless keyboard HP, M/N on the back said SK-2060, but this site does not recognize as a model number, so I'm not entirely sure what keyboard model number it is.

  The keyboard has been working well for months, more than a year by this question, I think. Just this morning several key of all isn't on me at the same time, and they are all in the same area. O, 9, f7, and f8 keys are not admissible. I have read some things and thought it might be a driver problem, I uninstalled the drivers for my keyboard and the keyboard no longer works, I re-plugged my wireless adapter and it re-installed the drivers and the keyboard is working again. All the broken keys still don't work.

  I don't think it's a hardware problem, none of the buttons seem as if something is stuck sub, or obstructed in any way. All of them worked very well last night, now they have suddenly stopped and they are all in the same general area of the keyboard.

  I was wondering if someone could help understand me what went wrong, or how I might be able to fix it.

  I have a new keyboard for the moment, but it is not as comfortable as the keyboard HP that I use, and I would be able to fix it if I could.
