When Adobe get back to me so that I can download my programs? I need After Effects for an assignment.

So bad that I couldn't cancel my subscription. A very big family problem is forcing me to cancel all my subscriptions, among them creative cloud. When you try to do, I learn I'm stuck unless I pay 50% of the cost of the remaining months. I am therefore be punished for having financial problems. The nice guy helped me with two months free, but the thing is 50%. You ever thing about future problems when you accept contracts like that. And they simply don't care. Adobe is so amazing, but so rigid. This is me.

I am interested in buying a subscription to creative cloud for Photoshop for my desktop computer at home. If I download Photoshop under my Adobe ID, can all the users (my husband) on my computer use the software under a single subscription or software/subscription is only good for me?
Hello
You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I have a license for creative cloud, but I am only able to access Photoshop
My subscription has expired, and I renewed. Now I can only access Photoshop with license Creative Cloud full membership. I spent a number of hours on the phone and 2 hours yesterday on a screen shared with someone above Adobe that has for me "I have eliminated the possibilities of what is a user error or a configuration error. " " I will escalate this case for troubleshooting more." They are supposed to contact me by email whenever there is an update and I haven't heard anything. This has happened more than a week. Someone at - it ideas? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. My students bought a sub from 12 months for creative cloud, they will be not be charged again within 12 months for any new subscription will?
I think they'll at least they cancelled before Adobe their bill again for a new subscription... basically an opt-out approach to dealing.

I just bought the app for photographers creative cloud when I try finally connect with PS CC, I received an error message that says "no detected subscription. I don't really know how to solve this problem, I used my Adobe ID to connect several times and it just still the same message.
