  My first pro works well until today... When you download a .avi file, I have the "Premiere Pro has stopped working" message and crashed.  I've updated to the latest version, (although I reloaded just the program last week when I replaced my computer with a brand new) I also CC on my laptop when I travel so I tried pulling up on this version and the same issue.  I've used these before files in Premiere Pro - what the hell happened?

  Since its happens on two different computers, I'd look at the similarities between them. have you installed, uninstalled, or recently changed any software on both? something to try puts the first rendering engine software only. other media files will open ok, and the only cause of these avi the accident? where are these avi from? format/codec?

• Yoga 3 Pro Touch Pad works only with Win10

  This alluded autour in several other YOGA Pro 3 WIN 10 upgrades, but it should probably start splitting on each particular issue.

  My upgrade to Win10 without any problem on the upgrade itself. I did the upgrade with an attached mouse and now I no longer a switch back to the use of the touch pad. Another way of saying this is that my Fn + delete button doesn't work.

  I checked Synaptics for a driver, but they don't list one for Win10.

  A know a work around to get the touchpad working again or a suggestion to fix?

• VMware Workstation 12 Pro - mouse stops working

  I have VMware Workstation Pro 12.  I used it for weeks without problem.  Suddenly the mouse will stop working on a virtual computer.  This happens while the guest is initialized and running.  I click on another window and click back, and the mouse does not work in the comments.  This happens in all guests, regardless of the operating system.  The only way to solve this problem is to restart the host.  Then I can use the guests still once for 15-20 minutes until the problem reoccur.

  This problem has been resolved.  Once I realized that the problem was related to all audio, I was able to narrow the search down to VMware Workstation, audio, and the click of the mouse.

  I'm on a PC HP ProDesk Windows tries to open a file from my external hard drive that I created on my Macbook Air laptop. When I open the file, I am able to make it past the window that says that is to find media, it loads the chronology of the sequence, it loads the project Panel and then it crashes: "Adobe first Pro CC 20141 has stopped working".

  I tried to run the first in compatibility mode (setting in Windows Vista and Windows 7), but which gives the same results. I will try to update the graphics to the updated driver to see if that does the trick.

  I solved my problem: the updated graphics card drivers did the trick! Hope this helps someone else who has the problem.

He also said that when I uninstalled using the Windows Control Panel, he could not have really cleaned all of the existing Acrobat files and only so I could try to find a program that performs this function.

  I suggest that you try a repair on Acrobat (Control Panel > add and remove programs). If MS missed something, the repair can repair.

  Do you know what particular update has been applied?

  If it was an update of the Bios, try a Hard Reset as follows.

  Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery, connect the AC adapter and see if the laptop boots.

  My Yoga pro 2 will come I am satisfied, if not delightfully has a problem with the audio input jack. At startup, it falsely detects that headphones are plugged, which leaves me with no sound in speakers. I tried to update drivers more recent, but it does not help.

  To me it looks more like the anomaly of the electric circuit as a driver problem. I believe that this case should enter through the standard product warranty if your Yoga 2 is still covered by a warranty.

  Yes, its only the 'edge' mouse and keyboard which is disabled.
