  This is my first time writing here, so please be nice!

  My problem is this, my iPod touch (version 9.3.2) needs to be backed up. My plan of storage was the 5 GB (free) and I got a lot of data - but removed some applications and data in "managing storage. So currently I now have in stock 31.1 GB and used 25.1 Go. However on my storage ICLOUD he says I 77.3 MG available, however for my storage total he says 5.0 GB.

  Now the question I'm asking here is - I kept the applications and data that I want (such as stuff for my photography and stories etc.), but he is always moaning to the upgrade and other things.  I'd like to be able to copy all the data from my ICLOUD and put it on a device of storage such as a disc or USB - something like that so it is all saved and then delete things so he can be released. The problem is that when I went to look at how to copy stuff-it says that you must update the storage plan. Why would be upgraded to THEN downgrade if that makes sense? If I had to, I would choose the 79pp option - but I only pay for my iPod using gift cards, because I don't want my card details in this regard. And I'd be worried in case where any reason my bank account ran out but she still charged me. I'm super worried about it and I've heard apple after so many days will remove things if it is saved. I really need help and it is causing me to really suffer like I have anxiety problems.

  I use CS3 Web Prem but just updated to CS4 Web Premium I installed subsequently, saved, downloaded all the updates and downloaded the latest driver for my graphics (GeForce 9800 T) card.  I have 4 GB of RAM and use Vista Home Premium for the OS.  I had no problem using the PS3 and Lightroom 2.3.  (CS3 is still on the computer).

  When I opened first to Photoshop CS4, I changed the drive to work in my preferences and closed the program.  The next time I tried to open PS, it does not open.  Instead, I got two dialog boxes saying that scratch them file and activation files were locked and telling me to Windows Explorer to unlock.  Then I opened PS while keeping pressed the keys control-alt-shift and changed back preferences the way which they were originally with the C drive that scrape it on the performance tab.  I closed my PS and tried to reopen it again.  The same warnings about the zero, and the activation of the files appeared. I don't know where to find the files from scratch and activation, and the only way I can open the PS is by removing the preferences.

  What I need to do in order to set preferences, save the changes and open PS without having to delete the new preferences?

  It is likely to be due to the intervention of the UAC on Vista. Turn it off and see if the problem goes away.

  I turned it off when I got Vista and it was stopped.

  If you want to keep it, you will need to run the program as administrator, I guess.
