  You can easily create your own email template.

  You must have HTML enabled composition.
  Different methods of location of the 'account settings ':

  Please open the master page and make an edition > all select and then copy.

  After that, go to the new master page and use ADSI > paste in place.

  In this way all the elements of the master page will be copied on the other page and the page will be duplicated.
