I've updated to Firefox 4.01 today and the Center knob on my Lenovo T400 does more. I downloaded the updated Ultranav utility and the Ultranav driver for my T400 by http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-72858.html , then uninstalled the 'Thinkpad Ultranav Driver' to add/remove programs, rebooted and then installed the update utility and driver (another reboot) and now it works perfectly.
So happy to get it working again.

Your flow of user of customer service is terrible, that it puts users in a loop, with the only other being post here in your publicly visible forums. If your company wants to instill a positive public image that is difficult to overcome with these expensive applications, do not impossible for clients to communicate directly with the human-assistance teams. If you want me to carry out a rebranding campaign and design than a "customer service" experience that actually serves this purpose, I encourage you to join me.
In addition, I was charged the month last through my xxxxxx @umd.edu that I was ignorant was still active and no access to (this was my e-mail address at the University that I recently lost access to after graduating). I could not find the source of the charge to my credit card bill and would welcome a refund (you will see that there is no activity on or usage of the account). - Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.

I downloaded and did my first payment to the Adobe Creative Cloud, with Photoshop and Lightroom and don't get me wrong, they are amazing programs. There are some conditions such that when you make a purchase of CC or CC couldn't work due to technical problems after troubleshooting widely etc. where cancellation fees can be waived off the coast.
