  If that's all you want to do any new laptop on the market well fills the Bill. Seriously the current material is incredibly strong and able to multitask with ease, computers even 2 or 3 years ago. In fact, I disagree on the Intel graphics. I have Intel graphics card on my laptop because I do graphics stuff that requires something better, but recent versions of Intel Graphics Media Accelerator are more then good for everyday and very stable and reliable computing. I agree to stay away from nVidia graphics right now if you can, but go with Intel or ATI and you will be fine unless you pick up a habit of game in this case, you want the ATI card.

  I received a call from "Peter", which correctly identified a series of problems that I had with my computer.  He told me it was Fixin ' to crash... and it's all messed up... I don't know where, in start.so, he added this information about my PC "888PCA60"... He said he called "Microsoft Windows".  and asked me to 'run' software 'on my PC... I played along and then I got real nervous, (he clearly had an accent that indicated that he was probably of the India) how this man knew all this on my pc...   It is a well known scam.  Microsoft never does unsolicited phone calls.

  Appellants such as you describe seem to "know all this on your PC" in describing the parts of windows that are present in every Windows computer, but the average user knows nothing about.

  For example, the caller can ask you to open the event viewer by typing eventvwr in the start menu > run box.  On any given Windows XP, chances are that there will be a few "warnings" or even "errors" connects to the event.  Are they important?  As a general rule, no.  But if you don't know what's going on, you can easily be fooled give someone unlimited access to your computer.  See these Google search results for examples.

  If you receive an unsolicited "technical support", simply call hang up.  If you feel particularly civic minded, you can pick up the phone number and report it to the authorities (for example, the FBI ).

  Oh and these error reports?  They go to some Microsoft Server where they are compiled in anonymous statistics that Microsoft may - or may not - use to inform its developers where they have screwed up more often.  Given that XP is about to go to the cliff (Microsoft will finally pull the plug on XP on 04/08/2014), I think that not much attention is given to the XP error reports.

  When I send an email to 3 of my clients, it shows windows mail thinks this is a suspicious message and blocked. It's something every normal day that trigger the alert message, no pyramid or scam scheme.

  It happens on 3 different computers I know, all using Windows Mail. How can I identify what is happening with Windows mail? The alternative is to install a different e-mail program, but I'd rather have this problem in a different way instead of patching the problem.

  For another $ 150 (5% of the total), I could get a CPU that is 10% faster, but I think it would be smarter to go cheap now and update in a year or two.

  I do not know what files I generate but my camera is 18 M + pictures of pixels. I open usually less than five years at a time. I'm usually not opening more than five layers. I also use LR 3.4. I also get a Dell 30 "2560 x 1600 monitor.

  I can afford speed but I don't like throwing money. I need a laptop instead of a desktop computer because I travel and want to bring my laptop with me.

  Can you suggest any improvements? See the bottlenecks?

  The * _MVM_*.tmp files are taken by the virtual memory manager Mondo in Photoshop.

  Word is, if you create a folder which has got a short trail (e.g., D:\TEMP) and set the TEMP and TMP environment variables to point to it, it will most likely use this folder.  Some people including the default report just files appear on other players, apparently because the MVM system determines who is somehow a better place than the temporary folder prescribed.

  I'll be curious to hear your experience with this system.  It sounds very powerful.

• How do you think that all comments in a document to the list on the right (or anywhere for that matter) rail as in the old Adobe?

  A large part of my job works with PDF files that have a lot of comments, sometimes hundreds. I can't even remotely effectively without the option of a list view clean and convenient to use to scroll. I'm sure there must be a way to do this in the new Adobe, but of course I can't find. I must say that the old Adobe had its bugs, but I am appalled to see Adobe as a result of this trend more and more enigmatic UX. It's 2015. You really, really easy to make something users can intuitively understand and then test to make sure that it is, in fact, intuitive for real users who aren't 23 years working in technology companies. Yet I sit here spending 45 minutes trying to figure out how to see a list of stupid comment! Come on, guys, do your tools for the love of the crisp.
