If Vista Business pre-installed, so you can have a "Recovery" partition on the hard drive. If so, then check the user manual to find that button (usually an F key) support during the initial boot process / screen in order to start the recovery process.

When I click on an icon for an application, I get the same thing. If I click on for example a Word document file, Word opens very well, but I can't not all .exe files to run directly.
