"Your trial period has expired" but subscribed for months!

I can't use any software in the CS6 Master collection. At the opening, he says that my trial has expired.

When I click on software under license (and sign) it requires a license key (but I have a subscription).

I checked the status of my subscription, and it is active, 2 days until the next billing period.

Any ideas how I can get this to work?

I managed to do acknowledge my subscription as follows:

(1) start, "Adobe Creative Cloud Connection"

(2) connect with the account

(3) launching an application (for example Photoshop CS6)

4) click on "buy this software."

(5) it happens now with login form for the cloud to adobe (instead of the license key it did before).

I hope this will help others I have the same problem.
