  Does the SimplePass asks your for your master password Windows means that the program has survived the process of upgrading to Windows 8, 1 - somehow.

  You can start with the following:

  • Create a Restore Point > create a restore - Win7 Point ORcreate a restore point Win8 
  • Close all your programs and shut down your computer
    • Unplug everything (little unifying for the keyboard / mouse external can stay)
    • Perform the Hard Reset for your laptop
    • Start the computer and connect
  • Check is SimplePass himself has sorted them.

  After you have installed the Windows updates, I received 10/09/2014 my computer erased, and then wouldn't boot.

  After waiting for about 20 minutes, nothing is was so I used the button to turn off the computer. When I rebooted I gave me an option to use the Startup Repair tool, I did. It is yet to start, but then I was given an option to the startup repair using System Restore. I clicked 'Yes' to that, but it seemed to me that Startup Repair has just kept running and it ends by told me to click on 'continue' and if the Startup Repair has been able to repair my computer should start.

  It finally began. The first thing I did was to check the Windows updates and it shows 6 7 updates succeeded. However, Windows Update face page shows that I have 7 important to install updates.

Morning came around and when I turned on my computer the windows logo appears and the loading wheel turns but then the screen goes black.   I did a recovery partition on my external hard drive, but for some reason when I try to boot from it he just gives me the flashing BACK command line cursor thing. When I use the USB port and try to refresh using the player, it says that I don't have enough space on my C: drive
  My next step is to load Ubuntu on my external HARD drive and delete certain things on my C: drive, but I don't really want to refresh my PC if necessary. Any help?
