  My new Lenovo Z580 runs 8 64-bit windows, 3rd generation of core i3, 4 GB RAM.

  The problem is, since day 1, all internet minutes stops working. It shows as connected, the router works, other devices perform as expected and everything is fine. But internet does not work on my laptop. It says "cannot connect to the network. I tried to do the "wifi Dungeon on during sleep" etc., but nothing works. It stops working after a while even if I use the laptop, it stops suddenly. She even shows as connected and packets are received, but internet or any application on the internet will not work until I have disconnect and reconnect.

  Why does this happen? All solutions?

  Problem is solved. A few problems with the firewall. First I had deleted McAfee but I was still facing the problem on the windows firewall. However I could not reproduce the problem using the safe mode with networking.

  I went to turn off the windows firewall, reset all settings by default, and ran a general cleaning. Flush the DNS and the issue apparently resolved itself. Have not had any problems since.

  There is no hardware problem either.

  Sorry to say (as always) but it is the 'white list' HP and the system works only with certain very specific wifi cards. These are the only ones from the Manual:

  That fat would be OK, but it's a typo. If you are looking for this part number, it's a much smaller card. Yet once again, I'm sorry, but this is a feature of HP had for years in order to comply with the laws of the Federal communication.

• Why my WiFi does not substitute my internet LAN?

  I have two computers at home: a laptop and a desktop PC. The laptop connects to the internet by WiFi, and connects the desktop PC by LAN. My problem is that the LAN does not work when WiFi is on, despite two static IP addresses (address of the laptop ends in 34 and 35 office). LAN works ok if the Wifi is turned off. As soon as the WiFi is turned on and connected, I can't access the internet with the desktop PC.

  How can I fix? Is there a setting in the router that allows WiFi replace the LAN?

  The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro A10 and the router is a ZyXEL P-660HW-T1 v2.

  I didn't put as static IP addresses, but the IP address must be assigned automatically.
  I mean the router supports a pool of IP addresses and usually the IP address will be automatically assigned

• Laptop HP Stream - 11-d077nr: Wifi adapter endangered

  I've had this laptop about a year and a half, and things were working fine without any problems until a few weeks ago.

  The internet connection is suddenly released, and the resolution of the problems diagnosed was a problem with the network adapter.

  The network used on my laptop adapter is Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n.

  I uninstalled the driver for the card, downloaded a newer, more updated driver from another computer, then reinstalled on the affected computer.

  It worked for about an hour, until the wifi is out again, and the network card has disappeared from the Device Manager.

  Resetting the computer would bring back wifi for a period of 5 minutes to 5 hours, but it would never last.

  Finally, I reset my computer back to factory settings. After doing this, the NIC was present in the Device Manager, and the wifi worked well for a few days, before returning to its non-functional State.

  This sounds like a hardware problem? Is it possible to get my card wifi, replaced by hp? Or this problem may be solved by fiddling with the software?

  I have a W510 and both WiFi and WWAN works but not at the same time. I tried to change the configuration several times but I do not operate at the same time. If I connect the WiFi when WWAN is running, the WWAN is disconnected. It's like WiFi replace the WWAN connection and internet connection turns of (IE WWAN). I use the printer WiFi connection and I don't want to turn/on the WWAN connection, whenever I want to print something.

  I tried with AC and it did not work. I then uninstalled AC and tried Ad - hoc only with win7 and I couldn't make it work. Then I discovered that Intel have a solution called Intel MyWiFi and after installation, it worked perfectly. The software allows the computer create a PAN and Wi - Fi devices can be connected as connect to a normal router. Of course the network works as long as my computer is running...

  Microsoft has a technology that support us, which defines a protocol to connect an external monitor or TV to a device and therefore, roughly can be described as "HDMI on Wifi", replace the cable between the computer and the screen.

  Your tablet has android platform. For screen mirroring your Dell Monitor tab, I would recommend you to contact Samsung and check with them if they have such technology.

  I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to use your cell phone... Well well... like a cell phone.

  I suspect the 'texts' you send and receive through iMessage, not your cellular service provider network. When you look at the top left of the screen, it does not say 'search' or does it see the connect to your provider's network?

• After replacing the PSU and GPU in my HP Pavilion desktop computer, the wifi stopped working.

  Yes, I suggest to leave the side panel on the computer and then move the led in the case and look at the signal.  You may need to route through an opening in the case is outside of the case.  I think I read that it is the best way to get a good signal.
