  Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.  Then sign out of the iTunes Store and log in. (for applications not updated).

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

If you want to say 'Thank you' to my effort to help, click on the "thumbs up" to give me a Kudos.  If the wireless has been disabled and are unable to be activated in the menu of the printer front panel, we will need to reset the printer to factory settings to correct this.
