  I'm trying to overlay a text on a graph of intensity. It would be good if the text overlay behaved like an extra layer, like the IMAQ image to display indicators.
  I tried 2 methods.
  1. I'm creating a text overlay, and I am placing it on an image control. The image control is placed on the graph of the intensity with transparent borders (pretend that there is not).
  The problem with this method is the background of the text overlay is not see through. The other problem is I can not pan and zoom in/out with the tools of graphic intensity given that the image control is located at the top of the graph of the intensity.
  Later, I can see questions trying to pan as the overlay should follow the pan movement.
  2. I'm creating a text overlay by using the image control and its conversion into a graph of intensity (convert picture to pixmap etc...). This second intensity graph contains only the text overlay. Then I'm merging the two graphs of intensity by pulling on some 2d on a main intensity graph subsets to the place corresponding to the mouse pointer, replacing it with the second graph of the intensity (the one containing the text overlay) and put it back in its original spot in the 2d array.
  It's slow thing (700ms for a text overlay) and the question is now the overlay is merged with the graph of the intensity, it changes color when you play with the Z scale palette and grows with the zoom.

  Use the property of field intensity, draw images-> before.  It's actually a superposition of control photo directly on the chart (free).  I like the images in the field who have been snuck in the graphics, there are a few versions a feature very underused.  Now just use all the photo functions to create taxt or that you could want.

  I have 4 discrete results. I want to display this information in a graph of intensity. I want each of these discrete values to have a specific color on the intensity. If possible the value 4: a = 1, b = 2, c = 3, d = 4. If I spend 2 x 2 table 1,2,3,4 in the graph of the intensity, I want a red, b blue, c green, d be and yellow. How can I specify that on the chart? Is there a good example?

• Refining circular cropping a graph of intensity

  I am trying to create a more efficient and friendly programmer to circular harvest a graph of intensity. Currently I can crop the graphic with a matlab script but try to improve the process. I would like to be able to say where the image will be cropped before executing the command. My solution was to place an invisible plot with the same scale above the graph which can draw a circle around the area to crop. As you can imagine, aligning these graphs is boring and does not lend to rearraging my vi. I'm looking for a better way to draw a circle/say where it is harvested beforehand.

  This is a relatively simple method by using the PlotImage property and a slider.

  Currently I have a Subvi popup that contains multiple locations of data collection for the user to view.  When the user clicks on the 'Stop' button on the Subvi, this sub - VI will close.  So I section tracing the program in a while loop.  I believe that this is the reason why I wasn't able to use the graphics palette to make a zoom in and zoom out right?  Should I just leave it track section out of the while loop then?

  Place the property within a structure of case node and turn it back on once the iteration Terminal is "1". (not zero!)

  And please put a small wait inside the loop, there is no reason that he should turn that fast. (Given that the data never change in your example, the earrings inside and around graphic terminal belong outside of the big loop.) However, I guess that your real application differs )

  NOTE: you could also use the antiderivative "of first broadcast?" or allow it when [i] = 0, but in this case, you would need a small sequence structure in order to ensure that this happens after ther graphic terminal is written for the first time.

  Also note that the xy graphs take complex data, simplifying the wiring and data structures.

  Here, I made the acquisition on 4 strips: 50 k - 100 k. 100 k - 150 k, 150 k-1, 15M and 1, 15M - 11M.

  You can see the lines in this band. How can I avoid them? (they are also there when I leave a band high frequency to a band of low frequencies, and it's horrible).

  One pair of NaN will break the line on a XY Chart.  You can also trace the parts separately.  Only their colors/line types the same kind that they seem to be the same plot.  This tip is often used when the color highlighting of the sections of a graph.

  When you use a chart, you can use the event structure to implement the event 'range of scale change. It is created once the user zooms in or out.

  The event allows you to access the new settings range (min/max value x for example) that allows you to create a 'extract dataset"corresponding exactly to the visible area of the chart.

  Shane is, I do not see a benefit of this except the user must limit the dataset before the Save to disk... BUT: what do you do if the user zooms in too?

  I use X-zoom tool on the graphic palette. In this chart, the x-axis are time. Thus, for example, if I have 30 seconds displayed on the x-axis of the complete graph, and I want to zoom in on the Middle 10 seconds, how can I get the axis y data points that correspond to this average 10 seconds?

  Similar to Cory's suggestion, could you use the X - Scale-> range-> the Min and Max properties to retrieve the appropriate data?

  Maybe even link your sweater of data for the range of scale change event?

  You can use the sliders to select the area you want to remove. Then get the coordinates and pet food to a deletion of table and re draw the chart.

  Hi, I m working with LabviewRobotics, create a matrix (occupancy grid), the values in the matrix are 0 or 100.

  I want to draw this information in a XY Chart, where 100 will be a point in the graph.
  What I need is to get all the combinations (x, y) where the matrix element has the value 100, someone knows how to do this in a simple way?

  When I take a cursor in a graph and getting too close to the edge left or right of the chart (in a movement of the x axis), the displayed graph pans to the right or to the left of the graphics window. Is there a setting to delete this or I have to programmatically delete? And if so, how? Wouldn't I need a filter event ' cursor move?
