  If your tables are on the same schema then why do you use command on the source and the command on the target? You can simply do the following on the command on the target

  INSERT INTO EDWHCMB. TEMP

  SELECT COMPANY_NAME, COMPANY_CODE OF

  EDWHCMB. DWT_COMAPNY

  
  

  If you really want at all to use the command on the source and target both then I think you need to change the following code on your order on the target

  INSERT INTO EDWHCMB. TEMP

  VALUES)

  : COMPANY_CODE,.

  (: COMPANY_NAME)

  Hope your TEMP table has only these 2 columns.

  Yes, a table in a mapping element can be source and target at the same time (i.e. a target can be reused as a source for the rest of the map on the right side of the table).

  Don't forget to check the order of loading (in the property map), to ensure that the reused as source is loaded before the final table target table.

  I tested it and it works. However, the documentation is not said in the link I gave you above:

  "Each element of data store that has entries but no exits in the logical diagram is considered a target."

  Usually, I tend not to do. I am in favour of a Divide and Conquer approach and try to have my mapping as simple as possible. It is easier to debug and maintain.

  Unfortunately it is not. FDM views HFM/Essbase/Planning/Enterprise as target systems only.
  There might be a way to do it through scripts / api... but nothing out of the box.

  The only way I see is to make a third diagram with two nodes: one for each variable of the source. Create a variable-help for her, having-right/copy the two sources for the corresponding nodes in the help-variable.

  I'm evolving with Push Replication 3.0 (on the example of active-passive incubator box) with the ActiveExampleValue class changed to make 3700 bytes in a serialized form.
  While the replication of 10 000 updates between servers close is almost instantaneous, replication from London to Singapore (ping times ~ 200ms between boxes) takes about 4 minutes to complete (it takes 12 seconds to run the updates locally).
  My understanding is that this is due to the fact that CoherencePublishingService is managed as a single thread by memory cache in order to ensure the order: the maximum bitrate, only one thread can reach between London and Singapore in our network is 400KBytes/sec.
  
  There is certainly more available bandwidth: 4 processes in a London nightclub were simultaneously copying files to the Singapore area each reaching the speed of 400KBytes per second in the absense of compression.
  
  In addition, have updated the example to include two active caches (separate sync: Editor each), two passive hiding and two proxies on the passive side, I was able to transfer updates from 10000 same (5000 for each cache) in 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
  
  Question: Is there another way to grow the multithreaded replication? As push Rep does not order through different entries in the cache, there is no need to be limited to a single thread: potentially, there could be a thread of separate replication for a range of id of the partition.

  I created an infographic of type board game and wants that the participant to be able to enter the game room, then drop it into different spaces on the Board, each holding to another slide. I need interaction drag - déposer so that they can pick up and drop the piece. Now, what I need is for each target to have a different action, but even if I add each one to a different group, if I change an action for one, that it applies the change to all drop targets.

  Is there a way to get around this?

  If I understand you correctly, I think that I thought about it.

  1. Create your Drag and Drop, as you would normally
  2. In the Panel of Drag and Drop, select the Options tab
  3. Click on the button set the correct answers

  Is - this FDMEE or classical FDM?

  There are different products, requirements, skills-based solutions...

  If FDMEE you can use #SQL mappings. They are doing better than #SCRIPT (Jython) maps because they are executed only once for all the data corresponding to your criteria of source. With this approach, you would see source that you import them (130010_0000_01) and converts the targets (130010-0000/01)

  There are many queries SQL to do, but here you have an example for Oracle DB:

  I would recommend to create additional folders in the temporary table (strWorkTable), so they are then moved to the main table (tdatasegx)

  It's just a matter of implementation of the same script that runs the SQL process to generate the additional records you need.

  An obvious error is the fact that you are tring to update the column 'NO', that is your join column.  You can do that, because it's the same thing that trying to update the primary key on a table... it should not be done.

  Just update the column NAME.

  We use the ODI to build hierarchies of metadata in Hyperion planning.  Our source is a SQL Server named «sourceview» view  Column 4 of the view is TREE_LEVEL_NUM.  Column 5 of the view is 'SORTFIELD '.   How sort us by column 4 first and then by column 5 so the staging area has data in the correct order before loading staging area for target?

  We changed the LKM SQL for SQL and ORDER_BY option added in the LKM.  When we go and look at the SQL there is no command sort SQL Anywhere.

  Any ideas or is this even possible?

  Customer heading there source of EBS 11.5.10 in R12. They are BIApps ODI. 7952 version. Since then, all mappings there are customized they may not disturb on support of Oracle BIApps is concerned.
  Now, we need to know how many ODI mappings there source EBS is the 11.5.10 in R12 migration and we can only target mappings accordingly.
  
  So, please give me with entries below:
  
  (1) any request for metadata that will give me the information of the source tables table and target them in against an if-same interface that the source of the main interface is another interface.
  (2) what are the other stuffs that I need to look at from the point of view of the mapping changes when the source is upgrading.e.g. only change the source table is enough or I need to focus on other animals. I feel she's boiling down to create a separate source for R12 adapter.
