  I understand that you have questions about the? icon on the front panel of your printer.

  The? appears on the left side of the control panel when you are on the home screen of the printer. It allows to access the Help menu that give information about the printer you and useful guides related to the printer. This button is normal and does not indicate an error on the printer.

  Last night my laptop automatically downloaded updates for Microsoft Windows 7. This morning he said updates installed and starts normally. If anyone has an idea of what it is and whether it can be removed, I would be grateful for the help.

  After some research, I went to my control panel > programs > seen the installed updates and check my recent updates, since I am very sure that they were the cause of my problem.

  After looking for Microsoft. com with codes of 3 security update that has been installed recently, I came to the conclusion that the update of KB2552343 was the update that has the problem of the "ghost WLAN icon.

  So I uninstalled this update, and I turned off my automatic installation of the feature updates in my windows update program. I now put to download updates and install them manually.

  I hope that everything that has the problem in the first place is fixed with a future update, because I prefer to have all updates automatically downloaded and installed security. More information on my computer that is its a K61 series laptop Asus K61IC.

• FCPx exports to Youtube - questions with loading only in Safari

  This is my first Apple discussion forum post.

  Have a problem where * some * of my FCPx (v 10.2.3) exports video to Youtube works perfectly with all browsers except Safari, the video stops just loading (do not buffer or load beyond some arbitrary point). Unable to determine the source of the problem. Initially he was out of the question. Of late, it has become a recurring. Have tried different options trying to take the question of the end of the video, and in terms of export options wrong, but seems to make no difference. I am unable to find a common cause, aside from the Safari browser. Anyone else having this problem?

  Perhaps if there is enough people experiencing the problem. May be able to report the problem to the right authorities.

• FCPX / hard drive not question

  Good so I had a failure of hard drive on my MacBook pro. I had just finished editing and exporting my video of FCPX on the desktop. Of course my computer is completely toast right now, until I get a new one, and I had not saved this project because I exported literally right there. Anyway, I was curious to whether or not the Final Cut Pro projects are accessible on a different computer if I connect with my apple and re - download FCPX. Basically, I would be able to see the projects that I have saved in Final Cut Pro X? Or would it be re download as a completely new application with nothing in it?

  LLA libraries are completely distinct. Download the app again will not recover them.

• ICON Question Help!

  Hello! I'm serious need help to understand what it is. An icon suddenly showed today that I turned on my computer. I was about to open a Photoshop file and I saw in my pictures folder, all the files I got this icon above them.

  

  I can't find any info on what it is exactly. The files would be open and act normal and all, but just curious what happened or what it means, if someone knows? After that I open a folder and noticed that it has always worked well, my whole desktop computer started showing this icon on every file I have. To be clear, that it shows that on the files (pictures/videos/documents) no program shortcuts or folders more. I also have an external drive that I store all my extra files and these files do NOT have this icon on them.  If anyone can help it's much appreciated!

  You will find Norton on your Start menu.

  Look in the help within Norton to give you a good explanation of the meaning of these icons.

  Norton settings contains a section on these icons, so you can disable them here [they refer to them as Backup state overlays].  However, if you have configured Norton to be your backup utility then you might be better to let the icons to display.  It is up to you.

  Somehow, I don't know how, but all desktop icons have been modified in Adobe PDF format, when I click on it I get the following message: cold Adobe Reader not open 'iexplore.exe' because it is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, if sent as an attachment to e-mail and has not been correctly decoded).

• BlackBerry Curve 8310 email smartphone icon question

  The e-mail icon will not disappear on the screen.  It shows that I have a single message.  Well, I went and deleted all of the messages on my phone, but it still appears.  Next to the messages on the screen it says (1 unread).  Anyone have any ideas.

  Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order.

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  I just noticed a new icon on my BOLD 9650, it looks like a circle with a cross through it and 3 curved lines to the right. This ICON appears in the upper right of the screen, just below the "3 G" ICON. Since I noticed this ICON, it seems that my battery goes down much faster than normal.

• Alarm definition icon question

  I take the "VMware vSphere: install, manage, configure" class for 5.0.  When I looked at the alarm definitions, I noticed that the detected "Unmanaged workload" alarm icon on the SIOC compatible data store has a red X on it.  (See attachment).  It is the only icon with a red X that I can find, and my instructor did not know what it meant.  Someone has an idea?  Thank you.

  Check to see if the alarm is turned off (i.e. the option activate this alarm is not checked).

  and I required ger cause what im after.but I would also like to put a text in front of the object to wrap text.

  but as the text gets closer he disappears.i know its due to the object with wrap test applied to it.so is there a way to bypass

  While the frame is selected, go to object > Options to block of text (CTRL B (or CMD B on Mac))

  This will display the field Options.

• Experiment with 4K. Two very simple questions.

  I recently bought a Panasonic AG-DVX200 and started shooting a few 4K 23.98 and UHD 2160 59.94. After taking the files in a new iMac 5K with a lot of RAM when viewing the video, it is full of moire during playback but seems well when stopped. If I share (export) the resulting file by using the preset of the device to Apple 4 K seems well. Why the video looking for shit in FCPX?

  Second question. I also tried to use the 'Apple device 4K' preset on a timeline of 1080 p and the exported video is superb. As good or better as using the preset 'Apple Device 1080. Is there something wrong in using the device to Apple 4 K predefined in a timeline 1080?

  LLA moiré depends on the content. Switch the Viewer to the best quality of reading rather than performance.

  What hen you select 4K check in the settings if you want to come actually 4K. FCP isn't uprez for export.

• Charset problem - weird icons that appear

  Hi guys, I have changed just a joomla site for a site in PHP using Dreamweaver CC, but now everything suddenly these strange icons question mark that appear anywhere in the pages (a problem I have never with Adobe before and had only once before, when I launched a joomla site).  My server support said it was a problem of charset, so I tried to change the < meta charset = "utf-8" > at < meta http-equiv = "Content-Type" content = text/html"; Charset = UTF - 8 "> hoping that would do the trick (I obviously don't know much about this problem) - but no luck.  Any thoughts would be much appreciated.  My site with the weird icons is to http://www.gymnasticshypnosis.com

  I get this crazy all the time. One way that I try to overcome what has worked in the past is by adding a line of code to the database file 'connection '. (see bold below)

  If you are using the old mysql extension:

  $con = mysql_connect("localhost","username","password");  
mysql_set_charset('utf8',$con);

  If you are using the most recent mysqli extension:

  $con = mysqli_connect("localhost","my_user","my_password","my_db");

  mysqli_set_charset ($con, "UTF8");

  Try one of the above and see if that makes a difference. Like you, I found just to add that the correct meta to the page character set does not always.
