100% of the CPU and 17 minutes start VM - is this normal?

I installed VMware Player yesterday and my user programs installed and everything seemed to work fine, but for one thing: whenever I start the VM my hex core Core i7 is pegged at 100% CPU usage and it takes 17 1/2 minutes to load. It is on a machine to 4 GHz with 64 GB memory DDR3 and SSD PCI - e which can hit 5, 000 mb/s. A place and exploit everything goes well. I allocated my carrots 12 to VM, 8 GB of RAM and 60 GB of disk space. Thus, there are resources available. Is this considered a time of normal start to a virtual machine? (btw, my computer takes about 90 seconds off to log). Installation of updates and reboot are prohibitive because of the time of start in 17 minutes.

If this isn't a normal starting time, can someone point me to an article on how to fix?

In the log file, I see a huge time gap (from 14:38 14:51) as seen below. I have attached the log file.

This is probably why... because you're starving the host for CPU cycles.

BTW, the file vmware.log of the folder that contains the files that make up the virtual machine would be better to look at newspaper.
