There is no header click on don't like years before using firefox, it just shows me that I don't have to if they are current or not plug-ins! It was on 11 15, 2016. Someone HELP!

Type of topic: addons in the address bar to open your add-ons Manager. Access key; (Mac=) A)

On the left side of the page, select Plugins.

Top right is a link to check your plugins.

Use this link to make sure your plugins are up-to-date. If all are listed as unknown or research, don't worry to their topic.

  • I downloaded and installed the new version of Firefox, but I always get the message that my browser is out of date when I check my plug-ins on your Web site. Help, please!

I got the message to update my browser, I went on the site and download the latest version of Firefox. I update my plug-ins as well. However, I always get the message that my browser is obsolete. I uninstalled it, reinstalled, without success. Please help me. When I go to help and select about Firefox, I have that I use the latest version: 6.0.2.

    See https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/new?title=Web+sites+or+add-ons+incorrectly+report+incompatible+browser

Check general.useragent preferences on the topic: config page.

You can open the topic: config page through the address bar just like you open a Web site.

    Filter: general.useragent

If all general.useragent prefs are "BOLD" (user set) then right-click this pref and select reset.

It would be probably due the FBSMTWB on the end of your useragent that you had added the Fast Browser Search toolbar extension.

  • CPU not recognizing plug-ins

I took out the CPU fan to clean the dust out of 6 years worth & now computer does not plug-ins - monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. The only thing I took out. Worried I was not put back correctly. I make sure to align everything back with a lot of attention.
I forgot to mention that the power button does not work to turn the computer off now either. I have to unplug the power cord at the back of the tower.

    Hello again @spotsy4,

Well, you can re - try setting the CPU fan and see if it makes a difference. Regarding the audit before visit you a store, you can try different devices and see if they make a difference. If this isn't the case, then without actually being there, it is difficult to say what it could be.

NOTE: When you replace a motherboard you won't lose any of your information because it is all this content on your hard drive.

I hope this helps. Thanks again for the display on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • Plug-ins do not appear in the list of filters

On my new system build, Vista 64 bit, CS4, I can not plug-ins appear in the list of filters.

I put them in the plugins folder, I have always, and restarted Photoshop, even restarted the computer, but no dice.

Maybe I'm forgetting something obvious. Can someone offter any suggestions?

    Hello

    I'm assuming that you ask about third-party plug-ins 3.

Make sure you put 32 bit plug-ins in the files of programs (x 86) directory and 64 - bit plug-ins in the Program Files directory. On Vista64, two separate PS applications can be installed (and default).

    Kind regards

  • elements of PS 5.0 freezes at "scanning of plug-ins.

I have photoshop elements 5.0 and have had no problems with it during the last years of couple that got him so far. Everytime I open the program, it freezes, and it says it's "the digitization of plug-ins. I use it on windows vista. I tried to uninstall all adobe software, I got on my computer and then put it back on the advice of a friend, but this did not help the situation. What should I do to get my photoshop to rework?

In the plug-ins folder, in the subfolder of import-export there is a plug-in called Twain_32. Is it the same thing? Because when I deleted, has not changed.

Same thing. A little late, but you could have just disabled by renaming it with the ~ (tilde) sign before the name instead of delete it.

If it was TWAIN, I think it hangs on the construction of twain research do not plug-ins. This is a doc tech on twain in any case...

First, try a reset of the application preferences file.

Windows: Press and hold in that you run, ctrl + shift + alt keys as you launch the editor. Do not release these three... the keys ctrl + shift + ALT keys A dialog box will appear saying something like "remove the settings of Photoshop Elements file?" After this dialog box is displayed, you can disseminate these three keys. Click 'OK' to confirm.

Mac: Use above instructions to reset the application except change the shortcut cmd + shift + opt key combination.

Check if the load correctly elements.

(Perhaps, you pointed out items in your preferences in an external file with a native filter who belongs to another version of Photoshop or elements which can cause conflicts. Resetting the application will remove this check mark then if it works with a reset then you point the plug macros folder in another folder, and you get a shot you have a contradictory form in this folder.)

    If it is not...

You past a native record another version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements in the folder plugin of Photoshop Elements 5.0? Have another version of the filter element or Photoshop elements will create conflicts. You can also check that you have not installed a version of Camera Raw that does not belong to your version of elements. (Camera Raw would probably give an error of Camera Raw, but something to check because it's at a standstill to plug-ins).

Have you recently added a 3rd party plug-ins... which means that downloaded and installed a plug-in that came with elements? If so, rename them or with a ~ in front of the name.

Check if the items begins. If Yes, you can remove ~ mark of each plug in one at a time, and then restart until you get the hang. This will tell you which plug causes elements to hang.

  • Linux 32-bit. Abobe plug-in already installed. Always get looks like to your using an older version of Firefox. All talk of 64, I'm Linux 32. Need 2 plug-ins?

For a long time keep saying looks like to your using an older version of Firefox. Several times I tried to install Adobe Flash plug-in, both with Firefox and the Adobe site. I'm on Linux 32-bit, 64 no, details, that I find are for 64 bit.
    https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/759565
I think that the problem might be here, but I do not see the solution for 32 bit. Looks like only maybe 2 plug-ins? Anyway I need help.
It is a problem with all the extra steps with the question you can imagine. I tried from scratch with Firefox, not working, more like 52 card pick up... if you know this game.
I want a solution if you have a. Thank you.

I had the problem solved. Thank you for your help. I had to get help from an engineer, I know. It's fast enough, but it looked like he deleted the old and installed the new and it seemed that perhaps the launch could have the issue? Not exactly, it's almost as if the launch was set for the old version... but don't want to send someone on the cause of the bad way, I don't know, but he later installed to firefox 38.1 or another... the 29. SOLVED. Thank you for taking the time to help. It was frustrating problem.

  • Use Firefox all the time, but on the page where it tells you what plug-ins are oudated there is a message saying that I do not meet the requirements to run FF.

I have an iMac. Mac OSX... Version 10.5.8 I had Firefox installed for a long time and use it more often than Safari these last time. However, when I'm on the FF page where it tells you what plug-ins are very good, and which are outdated (with a warning), at the top of the page, there is a message saying that my computer "does not meet the requirements to run Firefox. And yet I have it and use it! Maybe the message actually means that I can't upgrade to the latest version? But also I don't know if I should go ahead and try to download plug-ins up to date. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  • After the upgrade to Firefox 4.0, I returned to Firefox 3.6 because plug-ins, such as Media Player, would not work just with 4.0. They now work with 4.0.1?

After the upgrade to Firefox 4.0, I returned to Firefox 3.6 because plug-ins, such as Media Player, would not work just with 4.0. They now work with 4.0.1?

I used WMP plugin with Firefox 4 since its release.

The problem is probably because she couldn't find the WMP plugin. One way around this problem is to install the HTML5 Extension for Windows Media Player Firefox plugin available from http://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/html5-extension-for-wmp-plugin

This add-on will do 2 things, it will install the WMP plugin in a place that can find Firefox 4, it will also add an extension to add additional functionality for use by Windows Media Player. This extension has been reported as causing memory leaks, so I recommend that once you install the HTML5 Extension for Windows Media Player Firefox plugin, you must restart Firefox then uninstall the extension. The extension uninstaller will not remove the plugin, Firefox 4 will still be able to use it.

  • Firefox checks not my plug-ins to show that they are updated

After that I updated the Flash of Adobe Java yesterday, the audit function plug-ins for updates was correct. This morning, it's just
sits there and turns without doing anything.

Have never had this problem in the past.

Please try and check directly using Adobe site if you have problems with https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/ {it works ok for me now.)

There are or were known issues with Mozilla servers recentlyhttps://support.mozilla.org/en-US/for.../711040?last=63882#post-63882. I guess that well-publicized issues requiring updates FlashPlayers increased loads.

Check that your Flash Player is up to date by visiting http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ separately with each browser.

We prefer that you can use to hide the sites plugins that use collections of them to list. To see if this setting has been customized:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the enum and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) if the preference plugins.enumerable_names is in bold and 'game of the user' to something other than its value default * (which means 'everything') then that would explain why the sites that verify the collection of plugins do not see plug-ins are not not in this value preferably.

  • Cannot download plug in for windows media player. Have used the site to download and it says it worked, but the plug-in does not appear on my list of plug-ins.

I tried to hear an appeal of a Web conference. Received a message, necessary plug windows media. Check my plug ins, no windows media. Reading about firefox support tutorial. Clicked on download. Had a window that requires repair or change. Tried to fix it and then change. Need better guidance on how to finish download. Download the message passed, but after firefox closing and re-opening, no still no plug-in for windows media in the list of plug-ins. Go to site and could not hear Conference.
Reading support forum. Message while using about: config. Tried, typed in on: config in Start menu, but do not see anything that looked like I could change for real like message said.
solved by opening internet explore and go to the website and listen to the conference call on windows media player. There was a message saying: If you want to enable media player click here. Not so heard Conference.
Tried using chrome. You have to listen to the Conference yesterday. Today, he had the same message you need to plug in when I tried to follow the instructions in connect, it was just as confusing and useless like firefox. Most is that I tried to make any statement in the suggestions forum for firefox and can not get the windown media connect to appear in my list of plug-ins and can not hear calls for conference on firefox.
Chrome said that they worked on connect available to the chrome store.
I agree with the comments that I was able to go to web sites and to hear the calls before firefox did an update that removed my windows media plug. The fix simple download, two from windows, does not, apparently because firefox cannot find the fix. This isn't for lack of user, and it seems that windows attempted to provide a fix, and firefox does not recognize.
Bottom line, it is easier to use another browser, that trying to get windows connect multimedia player installed on firefox. What is a browser, if you can not hear an appeal on the Web site the browser will take you to? Please make it easy install windows media branch on firefox. Thank you..

If you get the screen to change/repair, it means that the Setup program has detected that you have already installed the plugin.

Do you not see the file here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\Plugins

Its file name is: np - mswmp.dll

If the file is missing, I suggest to delete and then reinstall the plugin.

Edit: By removing and then reinstalling I mean using the delete button under the modification and repair buttons in the Setup program, and then run Setup to reinstall.

  • Why Firefox always tells me that Adobe plug-ins must be updated, when I've just updated beyond the versions them says Firefox update?

On the status of the plug-in page, Firefox said I have potentially vulnerable Adobe Flash player c. 19.0.0.185 and should be updated. I have already taken this opinion but Adobe confirms that my version is 19.0.0.226. I ran the update at least twice (and of course I restarted Firefox several times and refreshed the page for good measure). Why Firefox think I always c. 19.0.0.185?

Essentially the same story with Adobe Reader plug-in 15.9.20069.28170. Firefox said I have this outdated version and should be updated. I ran the update at least twice (but unlike with Flash Player I don't know how to confirm that the update is installed). The version that Firefox says I have and advice to update, has not changed.

I've updated two plug-ins yesterday. Immediately after the update, when I refreshed the page status of the plugin, these plug-ins have disappeared from lists "vulnerable" or "outdated". It's only the Adobe Flash Player and Reader plug-in updates (which I did yesterday) that Firefox seems to blind. I waited a day to see if Firefox would recognize the edits today, but it still does not work. On this page of presentation of the question, "Assumptions" of Firefox on my current browser list older versions of Adobe Flash Player and Reader that I've already updated since.

Plugins are installed on the system and not in Firefox. So he can tell you were the same when you installed know that it is usually because you have two system installed an older version of Flash Player.

Maybe try to uninstall all versions of Flash Player (basic plugin) and install the current https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (basic plugin), while Firefox is closed.
