1515

does not print the entire page of A4 landscape

Hi NedHpBdy,

I'm glad to hear that it worked. You can leave the two drivers, the 1515 and the 990c. You can use the 990c all the time and use the 1515 only if you find that you are missing a feature supported. For example, if you try to print something on a different size paper that supports your printer and the driver of 990c offer size, try the driver of 1515.

The only rear withdrawal using the 990 c is that it is not specific to your printer, so that individual driver knows not what your printer is capable of. This will not be a major issue in any way. People can use pilots of alternatives for different reasons.

I would like to take a moment to thank again for your patience as we worked through this together.

Mr President, I have HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 1515 PRINTER I want to connect to my two computers with all FIRST Windows XP and the second having Windows 7 operating systems. Kindly help me to do this in detail...  THANKS IN ADVANCE

What's your plan for the connection?   It is a USB printer only, no network connection.  You can connect to a computer and then enable Microsoft File and print sharing on both computers.   Or if your router has a USB port that supports printers CAN operate when connected there.

    Those are your options.

    Hello

I recently changed the ink cartridge on my HP Deskjet 1515.  Since then, it still prints an alignment page everytime I turn on the printer.  There is no button on this printer scan so I scanned the alignment page using the Scan facility on my desk, but that doesn't seem to work.  It still prints the alignment page whenever I turn it on.  Help please.  Thank you.

You must complete the alignment process after replacing an ink cartridge.

Restart your printer, where the printed sheet face down on the glass flat, then press black or color copy to complete the process, I scan the document on your PC will not end such a.

  • HP Deskjet 1515: HP 1515 does not print

    Hello everyone,

first of all, sorry for my bad English, it is not my mother tongue, but I hope that you will understand me.

Today I bought a Deskjet 1515, installed correctly (I think...) and the test page was printed without problem. But, any other document may not be printed, or office, Adobe or a web page. I started troubleshooting of Windows but did not find the problem. In addition, the doctor HP Print and scan was launched, there is also no problem. writing the device functioning, communication is ok, and the test page can be printed. All other functions maintenance works (cartridge settings could be printed, cleaning, etc.), should also print from other programs.

When I launch a print, the print icon appears in the right corner of the Board, but when I take the mouse over it, wrote "0 document under impression" (or 0 doc is in the queue? I do not know the right translation) and after a few seconds it disappears from the status bar.

I tried to restart the computer, remove and reinstall the driver on the CD, plug into the connection of the cable for 30 seconds a card, downloaded and installed the latest driver HP...

    I'm out of ideas...

    You have any other advice?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey @mangee,

I would like to help you today to solve the printing problem of Microsoft Word that you encounter when you try to print from your computer Windows 8.1 for the printer all-in-one HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515. Because you are able to print from all programs except one, I don't think that what you feel is a conflict driver on your computer Windows 8.1. To resolve this conflict, can I please have you perform the following steps.

    How to add another driver:

    1. Open your screen to Start by clicking the windows button in the lower left corner of your computer screen or by selecting the "Windows" button in the bottom left of your keyboard to the left of the Ctrl key
    2. In the screen type start "devices and printers
    3. If the option devices and printers automatically fills, click settings at the top right and then click on devices and printers.
    4. In the devices and printers folder right click on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 and left click on printer properties
    5. Left click on the Advanced tab
    6. Left-click on new driver
    7. When the new driver window just press 'Next' until you see a list of manufacturers on the left and a list of Printers on the right.
    8. Select HP as the manufacturer on the left
    9. DeskJet 9800 select the printer on the right. If Deskjet 9800 does appear to only select "Windows Update" at the bottom left and once the update is completed, you will be able to select Deskjet 9800.
    10. After selecting Deskjet 9800 hit Next to complete the wizard driver new
    11. Under the printer properties window, select "Apply", but don't hit not OK

Now that the other pilot is successfully added to, please try to print the new Word.

Please reply to this message with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hear from you!

    Hi @Андрій,

I see that you have problems with copy of the full document, but you can scan and save the full size. I would like to help you today. If this helps you to find a solution, please click on the button "" accept as Solution"" down below this message. If you want to say thanks for my effort to help, click on the 'Thumbs Up' to give me a Kudos.

What is the size of paper you are trying to copy?

I checked this further and if the copy menu does not have the option of selecting the size of the paper, it will copy only the available size. (standard 8 1/2 x 11)

To work around the problem, you can scan an A4 format, given that the software allows you to change the size and then print it out on A4 paper.

I also provided Contact HP Support information. Check the model number and the form to receive a file number for faster assistance.

I hope this helps. Good day! Thank you.

I put the picture full size A4. but when I print it, the result makes me disappointed. It cannot print to A4 size. isn't that reach the size of the letter. my picture cut at the end of the book.

I read the specs of the printer before buy you. It is said that the printer can print A4 size. but they do not mention on a Cup at the end of the book.

    My question is:

    Hello

The technical specifications list the print margins, the printer may not exceed the margins you can find listed in the paper handling > print margins:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-DeskJet-ink-advantage-1510-all-in-one-printer-series/5285089/model/5285090/document/c03775352/

As you can see below in the section of handling paper, borderless printing is not supported for the printer:

    http://WWW8.HP.com/emea_middle_east/en/products/printers/product-detail.html?OID=5385210&JumpID=oc_r1002_emea_middle_easten_c-001_r0001#! tab = specifications

This is not a defect, these are the limits of the printer that you can find listed by its specifications.

  • HP Deskjet 1510 / 1515: a matter of updating version

Hello. I just set up my new printer Deskjet XP and I was wondering on his version. In the box of the printer and the printer itself it says that the version is 1515. However, the installation disc indicates that he is from 1510. When I connected the HP site it too gave me the version of 1510 to install. My question is is there a way to level around 1515?  Also when I click for a possible update and new drivers on the site it just says: 'loading' and no. important how much I wait it does not anywhere, the first time I clicked it he went along fine up to 32% and then it just stuck and is so since.

    Hi PrinterNewbie,

Your printer is called the 1515, because this is the specific model.  The CD, however, is designed to work with other printers series 1510 which the 1515 is a part of.  You can use the CD to install the software and drivers for your printer.  This is the correct version.
