  I had the chance to speak skupe customer and fix us the problem.

  I use Skype of UAE, here Skype been blocked before but now they open the Skype Web site we also make Skype-to-Skype calls, because of this port blocking the call phones and mobile does not work.

  So I used VPN over come this problem. Now I can make the Skype call to any mobile and lanphone.

  S rally strange because I put t see a link between the firmware CD/DVD, UpperFilters and LowerFilters and the keyboard and mouse.

  This is first time that a removal of the upper and lower filters would undermine the functionality of keyboard and mouse. Which is really strange.

  Anyway, you are able to access the BIOS? If this isn't the case, then this is not good.

  First of all, you should try to save the data stored on the HARD disk in this case, I recommend to remove the laptop HARD drive and connect it using a USB HDD on another controller.
  This would allow you to save the data to another HARD disk.

  Put the removed HARD disk in Notepad, and then try to reinstall the OS from the Toshiba restore CD.
  I hope that this will be possible because I don't see another way to get the operating system again.

• Mouse and keyboard does not work after sleeping on a laptop

  After awakening from a sleep of my laptop, my keyboard and mouse went crazy, pushing buttons at random on the screen, beep and completely freeze then both. I restarted my computer and got to the login screen which I was able to type in, then he connected and the keyboard and mouse do not work. I plugged in a USB mouse and the mouse that works very well. • Windows wireless usb AS TP Link TL - WN822N Utility does not work

  This device has been installed on this computer in December 2011 and was active until I removed the unit in February to move to another city.  I was then cable internet service. In June of this year, I rebooted my Windows 7 operating system.  Now, I am wanting to re - install the device on this computer... I can download the appropriate driver, Device Manager indicates which driver I use and works correctly.  What I have a problem with is the utility program for the device.  It loads, but won't work at all.  It is stuck in advanced mode and I need to get into the mode of the system to set up the wireless network. This utility has worked in December, but will not work now.  I had this problem if I use the disc that came with the device or if I download the utility from the manufacturer. The only thing I can think is that a Windows Update is at the origin of the problem, but I would have no way of knowing what update is the cause of the problem. If I knew, I could remove it. At this point, I could re - install Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and disable the updates.  Then add each individually and see if it interferes with the utility.  It's a hassle I would rather.  Does anyone have a solution for this mess?   Tables of PST in ADF Mobile 1.1 (with JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0) does not support zoom and scroll. The features of zoom & scroll will be available in the next version of the Mobile Application infrastructure.

• Windows stops my USB wireless adapter when it turns off and it does not recognize when it lights.

  I have new Dell with router Linkys, linkys Wireless USB adapter, - have had this same problem with other adapters, routers and windows XP.

  Wireless USB adapter works fine until the computer turns off during the night. When I turn on, cant' find internet b/c "no wireless adapter found" I disconnect, then reconnect the usb wireless adapter and it works very well.  I do this every time?  Is there a fix for this?

  For a few weeks now, I had problems with the right click function to drag - move files and folders, or rename files and folders. This happens when I use windows Explorer or access to the computer and click thruogh for a feature. He can't go to all the folders and files, but many.   Have you installed or removed/uninstalled all hardware or software or drivers since just before the start of this problem (if so, exactly what - name, version, device, whatever)?  Norton take any infection, although it is said that he cleaned their since just before the problem started?  If so, you know the names of these infections?

  Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.  It's been a while so I'm not sure that you have a fairly old restore point but it is possible - hopefully.

  Are these files and folders in your user profile?  If Yes, your user profile may become corrupted (in fact, if can still be corrupted if the folders are not there).  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  If that is the only available Administrator Profile (you need to be an administrator to fix this), enable the Hidden Administrator Account (HAA) using http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?&lang=en&cr=US&guid=&sloc=en-us&dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.administration_accounts_passwords&p=1&tid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055&mid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055.  If you don't remember the password, try nothing because that's probably what you (or seller) did during the installation.  Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.

  We will check some of your system files and hard drive for ccorruption that may be the cause:

  Go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

  Type sfc/scannow, go and let it run.  It will scan and try to correct some of your system files.  If all goes well he comes complete with no corruption, it could not repair (if it has these post of corruption here or try to analyze it to find the problem or files using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928228.  Try to put all the corrupt files here so that we can see if they can be repaired with good copies of the installation disc (unless there are too many).

  While in the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and enter and let it run.  She might want to plan itself to start at the next startup.  Okay, then restart so that the program can run.   If it doesn't (or if SFC detects corruption it cannot repair), we you will need to do a repair/system upgrade using the Windows Vista Installation disc authentic (you own or that you can borrow from someone).  Here is the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-vista.html.  Although this will not affect your data, settings or programs, you should always back up your data before you start just be on the safe side. You can have a lot of updates to re - install (including all you need to remove service packs).  If the version of the system came with SP1 or SP2 preinstalled and the disc is an earlier version, then you will need to make a record of slipstream as follows: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/151606-vista-sp1-slipstream-installation-dvd.html.

  OK, so the documentation missed the point that all the css and js are necessary to be copied as well with folder www login page.

• USB optical mouse is recognized but does not work.

  I use a computer portable 64-bit of windows 8 and I have tried to use all ports.

  The red light under the mouse appears upwards (the mouse is a mouse usb HP in the base address) but I'm not able to click or move.
  I read the previous posts about other people with this kind of problem and checked my device manager and uninstalled all my drivers and then re them installed for the mouse, but I noticed that when I uninstall the drivers mouse and plug it in again, it installs several things; under Human Interface drivers it installs the HID-compliant device and 3 USB input devices.
  It also installs "HID-compliant mouse" under "mice and other pointing devices".
  Every 10-20 seconds it will make noise that indicates it is be unplugged and plugged back in and all the drivers disappear and reappear.
  I tried to use another mouse that looks like this, and none of them work in my laptop. They both work in my PC and my laptop of brothers, they are both windows 7.

  As you have tried 2 other mice in all ports of the computer and both does not work, but the same mouse works in any other computer shows that the problem is with the controllers USB (universal Serial Bus) of the laptop.

  I would ask you re-install Bus controllers and check if that helps.

  a: press the Windows key + R, and then click on Device Manager

  b. expand the Controllers of Bus USB section by clicking on the'+' sign.

  c. Uninstall each of the devices under the section USB Controller by right-clicking on each one, and then clicking Uninstall.

  d. close the Device Manager and restart your computer. Windows RE-automatically install the USB controllers in your computer, without you having to do anything further. Your computer is now running properly USB devices.
