  I suggest you to cancel all items in the print queue and check if the document is deleted.

  To cancel all the elements in a print queue:

  To cancel all the print jobs for a printer, you must have permission to manage documents on the printer.

  1. Go to Start , type Control Panel, select Control Panel, hardware and sound, and then click Printers.
  2. To open the print queue, double-click the printer you are using.
  3. Click the printer menu, and then click Cancel all Documents. Function of the printer, the printing element could finish, but the remaining items will be cancelled.

  I understand that you get a summary page of unexpected (and unwanted) document each time you print something from Word. Take a look at the following stop printing with document summary sheet. Scroll to the first suggestion following the issue. Later in the thread, fold it explains that the "desktop" button is simply the file tab now if you are using a version of Word, Word 2007 at least.   Well, in general JPEG format does not support several concept as a document page. Thus, each image in the JPEG file is saved in a single file. If you are considering of reduction of 2 images in 1 paper size (example: A4), you may need some image editor to do

  Tranks for answer. I read the instructions for printer also, but I can find a way to do it. In fact, I find a way to print via bluetooth. The way I have found is by a third application: PrinterShare for Android.

  I know it must be simple: just recognize the printer through the bluetooth of the phone and send the document (I wrote the default key - 0000 - to establish a connection) and the printer should print. But PrinterShare was the only way to send it.

I went through the controls on the printer to get the "copy" menu and select the duplex option, press ok.  Then looked for "type of copy. The only choice I have is 1 to 1 side and 1 or 2 sides. According to other posts, there is No '01:58 back!

  If you found problems with print quality with the only printer without printing from the computer, then it is a hardware problem.

  You may need to contact HP (1800-474-6836) support. Looks like a print head may be bad or needs to be cleaned manually. I don't think that this printer has a detachable printhead to clean manually.

  I have a Dell V313w inkjet printer installed via WiFi. I use Windows 7, 64-bit, with all the recent updates. The printer uses the latest firmware and the latest version of the driver (downloaded from dell) PC.

  When I start my PC, start Word, print a document, everything works fine.

  But, when you print the following document, it is found in the queue of the printer, but is never printed. The printer is making noise, but the document is not printed. The print spooler service is running. The document is in the queue for the printer, but cannot be removed or resumed.

  Now, when I reboot PC, the document is printed.

  In a recent batch of Windows updates, Microsoft has installed Internet Explorer 11. IE11 caused printer problems.

  Open Internet Explorer, click on help, then click about words of Internet Explorer. It should show the version here. If you IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, updates installed, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

  Restart the computer when you are prompted. Then see if your printer works.
